C. W.My partner and I absolutely love Manadon Birds. We have bought 4 birds from their we bought a Cockatiel a Lovebird a Parrotlet and a Kakariki. The owner Louise is absolutely amazing with all the birds in her shop. Louise has so much knowledge about how to care and look after birds. She is the only person we would go to if we need any help or information about our birds. The shop is always clean and tidy and the girls she has working with her are all friendly. If my partner and I had more room we would definitely buy more birds from Louise. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to buy a bird to go to her shop MANADON BIRDS The prices of food and toys for the birds is definitely value for money. Thank you Louise and everyone at Manadon birds. Keep up the fantastic work you do.
G. F.My daughter and I visited yesterday to purchase our first budgie (who we have named Bertie and he is awesome!!). Louise was absolutely amazing, we picked out all what was needed to care for a budgie first answering any questions we had with such ease and explaining so much. The store was busy but Louise made sure we had all the time we needed in order to care for Bertie when he got to his new home. We didn't know which budgie to choose as they were all so lovely, Louise said don't worry we will make sure we pick the right one for you. She picked out three and took them to a different area and popped them into separate cages to see how they would be. One was a little gobby so quite head strong and the other was quite flighty. These budgies are not hand reared; however, Louise said I can get one to be stood on my finger within 3 minutes. She showed us how to train Bertie calmly and explaining every step. Bearing in mind the store was busy, (the other customers were great and understood) Louise did not let that stop her from showing how to care and train a budgie. I was absolutely amazed when she had the budgie stood on her finger comfortably within less than 3 minutes!!!! Today is the day we get to use the same methods that Louise showed us and he has already stood on our finger and is already quite the character. Louise you were wonderful explaining everything we needed and took as much time as was needed to go through everything. Would highly recommend!!! Thank you, we love Bertie already
H. M.I did lots of research and found Louise, and soo glad I did! We have returned home with phoebe after lots of chats and information shared. All the birds were in great health and we are soo happy with our beautiful hand reared Phoebe.

S. D.As naive and new bird owners we were blown away by how much we didnt know! Louise and the girls took their time explaining everything, its clear these birds are well cared for, beautifully bred and in our case hand reared. We purchased a wonderful baby female cockateil and she is amazing, super tame and snuggles up with us! We couldnt be happier, although we will need a bigger cage pretty soon based on her size. L.I searched for so long for a hand reared love bird but couldn't find any in Cornwall, after a long time I found Louise had some in Plymouth so we had lots of messages back and forth and eventually went to get my little bird. The shop is well stocked and Louise is very knowledgeable and helpful. She has some beautiful birds and my bird is a brilliant character, you can tell a lot of work has been put into hand rearing him and he is full of character! I would highly recommend and we will definitely be going back for another!
L. S.Visited here today, was not disappointed, I have never been to any other shop where the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The place is amazing and well stocked with everything you would need for your bird. We wanted some advice and Louise was so knowledgeable and helpful, she explained all the different species traits and personalities, she gave us so much of her time. She's amazing and you can tell she loves her flock. All the birds are so happy and healthy. We learnt so much today. Thank you so much to all at Manadon Birds, we will definitely be back 😀

H. W.This is Smokey our 1 year old hand tamed Cockatiel. Bought from Manadon Birds (Louise). He is a great fun. Whistle's "If your happy and you know it, clap your hands" and the "Adams family". Says "What you do do doing". Gives kisses. It's a must if you are looking for a bird to go and see Louise. She has so much knowledge and is very helpful. I have now moved to Lincolnshire and miss just popping into the shop to see what's there. Also miss Lou a lovely friend.
