Our new curtains were fitted this morning and we are genuinely delighted with how they look, the quality is obvious. The whole process from our initial visit, choosing the material, measurement and final fitting was very professional but personable too. The best curtains I have ever had. The quality of service and workmanship are exceptional, I am delighted with the beautiful curtains and installed in such a professional manner. The attention to detail was far better than with many previous curtains I have had made, and the difference really shows, from the choice of track to careful steaming and arranging when they were hung. I was questioned carefully about what I wanted these curtains to achieve in the room, and Niki listened and achieved this. Niki is a master of home furnishings and there is nowhere else I would go for a bespoke service.

Thank you so much for such attention to detail , so professional and friendly, the smooth gliding curtain rails have definitely made life easier for me. From start to finish NSF have been fantastic. Sarah was warm and really listened to us. She immediately understood our wants, needs and tastes. She even talked my daughter (whose 7 and interested in sewing) through how to pattern match! 🙂 The craftsmanship of the finished article is simply stunning; from the technical side of things right through to the pattern matching and symmetry. Such attention to detail. Jacob, the fitter, was polite, hardworking and meticulous, which added to the ease and joy of working with NSF. Even a quick call to reception was met with a friendly and accommodating voice, Frankie I believe. We can’t wait to do the rest of the house now! Even that’s not been a problem for NSF, as they understand that we need to do it in stages. Nothing has been too much trouble. Thank you so much 😊
