This shop helped me quit smoking. Gave me good advice on what vape to start with, wasn't all about the money as could have encouraged me to buy the expensive ones, but he didn't. I will only get my liquid or any vapes from there, they offer a delivery service so I tend to use that more now and only pop into the shop when I'm in town, this means Iam able to continue using them whenever!.. They have won me over as a loyal customer.

Went in for a new atomizer and some liquid as mine burnt out during the day.. Left with 2 awesome tasting liquids new atomizer and a new mod! Bargain prices. The guy who served me knew his stuff. Gave me some good advice and after me telling him I was borrowing my husbands mod due to me dropping mine a few too many times and it not surviving the final drop, he recommended a drop shock resist, waterproof, dust proof mod and even knocked some money off for me.. Great service. There's a whole lotta variety of flavours of juice to choose from and a decent range of mods and tanks as well as all the essentials and accessories you would need. Definitely a place to visit if you like to vape😉

I ordered 6 disposal vapes on Philly’s website for local delivery, had a call to say that there was an issue with stock of the vapes I’d ordered but I was sent another brand (which are just as good) and had a freebie chucked in for the trouble. Customer service just honestly cannot be faulted from the guy that called me to the delivery driver. Can I also just say, local delivery is such a good idea, I have vape shops much more accessible to me location wise but with free local same day delivery as well as top notch customer service I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else now.

Popped into Philly's Vapour Shop on Tuesday for some e-liquid, the staff member who served me was amazingly welcoming polite helpful and knowledgeable about his stock. From a brief description of my taste preferences he came back with three flavours two of which I ended up buying. The quality and range of products impressed me greatly as did the very reasonable prices. i give this shop the full five stars I only wish that I could give more. Many thanks to the staff who were about to close when I got there.. But stayed on just a little longer to help out a desperate out of town vaper who just couldnt/wouldn't last all the way back upto the midlands on a cheap substitute vape juice I'd bought earlier when I ran out... My partner and I have both visited Philly's. With the rise of many different vape outlets popping up, and Internet shopping becoming more and more popular. Philly's really does stand out. As an independent supplier of vape equipment and related, it really is a well stocked, well informative shop. We found that out of all the vaping stores in Plymouth city centre, they were the only shop to stock what we were looking for. The pricing is well thought out and competitively realistic, and they are knowledgeable staff who are only too pleased to be of help to you. I personally first went there without a clue, and came out feeling a lot more educated! We have both since been regular, happy customers. They recently fixed my partners' Smok Stick X8 - it had a smashed glass tank. They quickly replaced the glass and only charged a very small amount - £3.90 - even threw in a free rubber protection band! Overall, I highly recommend. I hope Philly's will be here to stay in Plymouth, they're without doubt the best in the city. Go check 'em out for yourselves 👍👍👍

Very helpful. You will get given the pros and cons of each device and whether it matches your vaping style. They do seem cheaper than every other vape shop. Say like a 3 quid coil is two-fifty in there. So 50 quid devices are 45 in here. All good there.
