Fantastic service from start to finish. I was a very indecisive customer and the staff were extremely patient with me and were very knowledgable about their products which helped me to (eventually) make my decision. I’m very happy with my new bed which seems to be of a much higher quality than beds I looked at in other nearby stores. The delivery and assembly charges were also very reasonable in comparison to other companies. I would highly recommend The Perfect Sleep and would not hesitate to use again in the future as they were a pleasure to deal with.

Wow 🤩what a great experience from the moment we have walked in through the door ! Emma has greeted us with a big smile ( behind that mask 😉) I have visited the shop a couple of times before purchasing with both my mum and my husband. Nothing was too much trouble for Emma, she is knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly 🙂 ready to answer any questions and go above and beyond on all the occasions. We have found the perfect bed and the perfect mattress both at a great price and what most important delivery in a very reasonable timescale ! Great range of beds and mattress to choose from and the option to try them out which is soo important! I can’t recommend the shop and Emma enough for the great customer service ! Couldn’t of wished for a better experience, Emma was had the most outstanding customer service and went out of her way to help us for an hour with the choice of mattress and bed frame that would suit us. She even got Mark to move the mattress into the bed frame we loved just to make sure it was perfect for us. Hi everyone, My wife and I went here at the beginning of the month and brought a bed and mattress for ourselves and our boy. Got it delivered and assembled last Saturday by their delivery men who were a great help. Service in the shop was great too. We didn't have a clue what mattress to go for but both Jordan and the manager were brilliant. We didn't know there are so many different types of mattresses to chose from but our mattress is perfect! My wife says her back have been a lot better and she haven't been getting hot lately. Good for her and even better for me! We chose the Mammoth which we highly recommend. We have already told some of our families and friends about this place and you too should go here too get your mattress. Thanks again the big sleep!

The Perfect Sleep have been amazing every step of the way! We visited every bed shop in Plymouth and returned several times to this one and always had a warm welcome - the rear entrance door was always opened for is! Brian was extremely helpful in answering all our questions, showing us a variety of beds and showing us what we wanted within our price range! He was human and understood that customers need to be left alone while deciding .. yet as soon as we had a question he was instantly available to answer them for us! Perfect salesman! I would highly recommend The Perfect Sleep to anyone!! Cannot wait for my new bed to arrive!!!

In fairness I only visited this shop for the first time today. Brian, the salesman was so helpful. Understood what I wanted, and showed me what was available to meet my needs. Didnt take too long before I had made my choice. The right style and great choice of colours. Wish this had been my first stop instead of "the big name" bed stores who have less choice, and salesmen who could talk for Britain. When my bed arrives I will edit this post and hopefully it will still be as good. Looking forward to the bed arriving and settling on my new mattress. Well, the bed arrived as arranged and was put together. Really pleased with it and all the extra storage of an ottoman bed. However, and this is my only complaint and kind of personal to me, the mattress is so uncomfortable and hard. I had a choice of 3 with this bed, and chose the softest. But it's like sleeping on the floor. Can feel every lump bump and depression of it. Have transferred to the settee a few times as that's more comfortable. Guess I'm going to start shopping again. Why can't buying a bed be easy.

Fabulous prices. I was bed shopping and didn't go in here as I thought it looked too expensive. How wrong was I. Very!!! It was the cheapest place for beds and mattresses. I bought all three beds here and they are so comfortable. Staff were amazing and patient. Highly recommend.

Excellent service with the personal touch that is very much in danger of being lost these days. I left there extremely happy with my purchase and I had been well informed about the product and that I was choosing the right mattress for my child. I am moving out of devon soon but the fact they have a website available now I shall return to this company for my next buy. I had been looking for a new mattress for a couple of weeks now, went to another shop in Plymouth and the salesman didn't have a clue! decided to pay perfect sleep a visit and was served by a young lady by the name of Emma, Well her knowledge was 2nd to non and within 15 mins i'd made up my mind. Brilliant price 10 year guarantee and will have the product early next week inclusive of 2 pillows it was half the price of what i had been going to pay. Well done Emma and perfect sleep.
