Friendly knowledgeable staff. Wish I'd found it yrs ago. You can see the genuine care of animals in the staff, they know your pet, their food not just brand but flavour and breed size. Old fashioned personal service and knowledge of the customer, absolutely fantastic. 6 yr old frenchie with food and skin allergies we've battled with for yrs, tried all the expensive brands to no avail, spoke to 1 of the gentleman here, went straight to a particular food, improvements after a month, 6months later like he has no allergies, skin and fur in excellent condition. Really appreciated that he didn't go straight to the expensive ones (tried and failed but usually 1st thing they push in pet stores) but to a mid range that he thought was the best choice for my dog not the till. Bit hard to find 1st time if you don't know red scar but well worth finding. Would definitely recommend. Not your average pet store.

Great warehouse for all your animals needs. Good prices. ALPA own cat biscuits are fab and a lot better for kitty than cheap junk food biscuits. Very helpful staff too.

Huge warehouse type location, plenty of car parking right outside si no need to carry anything for miles. Very well laid out inside not like some places and spoilt for choices, seriously pet owners should visit this store instead of pets at home type places where everything is mixed up and stocks are low or none existent. Staff very very friendly and obviously pet owners and lovers not just salespersons.

I went in to enquire about raw food my my chihuahua puppy and a gentleman took his time to advise and explain a proper dogs diet and the differences between each food and brand, he also gave me a free sample bag of food. Exceptional customer service and the knowledge was outstanding. Definitely recommend.

UM wow, went to this place for the first time with my hubby. we went to there costumer car park, looked at the front of building and we wear like, look's small, but found out as soon as we walked in the store was a tardis, lots to pick from and i was very surprised at the low prises, i was holding back my crazy rabbit lady moment O_O i want all off it! i cant get over how much they had in there for rabbits, hamsters, cats, dogs, birds/parrot. The best part i personally liked, no animals in sight except a owner and her dog having a good brows, no new born rabbits, no animals in a small cage being ignored. makes a nice change. if you want a pet go to a charity and adopt one. then go to this warehouse and shower your new baby/s with love :D
