I really cannot fault the whole team throughout the whole process. The Access to Work process of contacting all suppliers can be quite stressful, however not with yourselves, where the service and support has been truly excellent - it's been so refreshing to have a good experience. I had lots of questions, which were all answered patiently. The level of Customer Service made a stressful day much easier. The setup process was quick, efficient, safe, and friendly. The chair itself is really comfortable so far, and I expect it to get better as my body adjusts from a poor chair to a great chair. I would certainly recommend Back Care Solutions, and would be the first place I'd look for anything I need in the future. I can't thank them enough, the whole team made the end to end process brilliant and stress free.
