I lost a screw from my fire's control panel, and when I phoned up about it Barrie attempted to source a replacement (at no charge!). A matter of a few days later it arrived, but unfortunately they were too small. Barrie was unable to source the correct size, but put in so much effort before having to admit defeat, he was definitely worthy of the three star rating.

Just had a New Forest fire installed and it looks fantastic. Professional service from start to finish and I would not hesitate to recommend. You certainly get what you pay for! Paddy in particular was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Burning Desires recently removed the damper from our chimney and repaired a chip on the mantle piece. They also serviced the fireplace supplied by themselves and resprayed the coals free of charge. Fantastic service! Recommended.
