Absolutely love our leather 4 seater, 3 seater, swivel chair and pouffe from James Rose!!! The quality and workmanship by far the best I’ve ever seen!!! The couches are sooooooo comfy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now!!! I absolutely love the smell of leather as you walk in our lounge. Everyone that walks into our lounge, is like WOW!!!! I love your sofas. The process from ordering, to delivery was streamline. Thank you James Rose for our fabulous sofas, I couldn’t recommend enough. Very happy customer.

The quality is unreal. The style and all the details I was able to choose came together really beautifully. There were countless emails between me and someone at the company (Dave) full of questions from me and help in making decisions on the styles, dimensions, support I needed etc. He persevered through it all and was helpful and friendly the entire time. I can not fault the service or end product. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and I’ve already had a Family member think about replacing their sofas with James and Rose. I really needed the chair and sofa to be supportive due to health conditions and they are incredibly supportive. They have just the right firmness to support whilst still remaining comfortable. I also wanted a particular style and I found there to be quite a limited choice of styles at various high street stores. I found that in the main shops the only real options I was given were for the colour of the feet, and even this the options were limited to two. Neither were what I wanted. The space where the sofa was going to go was a 3 and a 1/2 size sofa space which again meant that shops I was looking at weren’t going to fit. Being able to be a part of the design process and have so many options within that process was amazing for me. I loved being able to have the sofa suit what I imagined in my head (although of course they surpassed that). In the future if I ever wanted/needed to reupholster my set or buy any other items I will go back to James and Rose without a doubt. They guarantee the frame and springs of their sofas for life, and stitching, buttoning and cushions for five years. And I can see why they can make such a promise.

We were looking for a double sofa bed, to fit in a small 2 bed cottage. After trawling around the usual high street and online traders, we found James & Rose. From our initial telephone enquiry, visit to the showroom, through to and including delivery the whole experience has been a delight. David and the team are experts in their field and a joy to purchase from. The trip to the showroom, if you can spare the time and make the journey is very worthwhile. The finished products are of an extremely high standard and the customer service is excellent. We are thrilled with our new sofa, it looks bespoke and gorgeous and our daughter, currently home from Uni, tells us it's a very comfortable bed. The bed action, takes a minute to unfold and the same to fold away, very simple and easy. We found looking for reviews for good quality double sofa beds very mixed. I can honestly say the sofa and the bed are both 5 out of 5 stars, as is the customer service. I would definitely shop with James & Rose again and would add, it doesn't feel like shopping but a real relationship with artisans. It's an honour to own one of their bespoke pieces and we would recommend them beyond 100% Thank you David and the team!

Purchased a new suite from James and Rose The quality is their with the best sofas on the market. The leather is extremely high quality an buttery soft. From our initial visit , tour of the facility and continued contact, the service was absolutely 1st class. The suite was ordered and delivered to our door in 10 weeks. Far better than the big corporate retailers. My only question is why would you not order from James and Rose.

From start to finish I can't say enough praise to be honest, absolute pleasure to do business with. We visited the showroom and had a tour of the workshops. We ordered our custom made sofa on the day we visited and within 4 weeks we had delivery! Ahead of the agreed schedule, amazing service. Excellent service from start to finish.... After an awful experience with “Denelli Italia” and a sofa we had waited 12 weeks for, only to return it due to the poor quality and damage our faith was restored by James & Rose. We explained our position having been let down so badly and J&R expedited their production time for us. We now have a great looking U shape sofa that we are incredibly happy with. Completely bespoke to our dimensions and hand made with quality fabrics, not a cheap import. Thanks to Tony for going the extra mile, sourcing the bespoke black metal feet for us and for an all round top quality service. I Would highly recommend J&R and looking back I am so pleased that we sent the original shambles of a sofa back to Denelli Italia. We will use again for future furniture.

If you are looking to purchase sofas, chairs or ottomans you MUST visit James and Rose to view their quality of workmanship, designs available and the level of comfort each piece gives you. I first purchased from J&R in 2014 having exhausted every possible furniture outlet in search of perfect sofas & chairs in the colour I wanted. Happily I came across J&R and was able to order exactly what I wanted as they offer a truly bespoke service. Having recently moved I needed to purchase additional sofas and chairs (my purchaser insisted on buying some of the J&R sofas from me!!) I foolishly wasted time visiting other sofa retailers (J&R are located a few hours away from me) only to realise that J&R’s sofas are still the best! I’ve just taken delivery of 4 sofas, 2 wing chairs and 3 ottomans and every single piece is perfect. The sofas are utterly beautiful, supremely comfortable and I am delighted once again. I cannot recommend J&R highly enough, they are an absolute pleasure to deal with, extremely helpful and most importantly, the products are superb in every way.
