We'd been after a hot tub for a while and we were sold on the quality of the product and the professionalism of the staff. They helped us source an electrician to get power to the end of our garden which was much cheaper than the electrician we found ourselves. The hot tub itself was a very good price and feels to be a quality item. The sound reproduction is very good from the speakers and the layout of the seating and jets gives plenty of choice depending on how vigorous we want the jets. The hot tub arrived on time and was man-handled into our back garden with minimum fuss and no damage, apart from the presence of the hot tub we couldn't tell they'd been. This was installed in the summer of 2020 and ongoing support is good. We've had no problems with the hot tub and opted to have it serviced after the first year which was quick and painless. Hot tub chemicals are good quality and arrive quickly so no problems if you suddenly find you've run out of chlorine or test strips. Would recommend these people very highly.

We can highly recommend Gemma, Andy and the team at Luxury Spas Direct. We decided to upgrade our inflatable type hot tub to a proper one and did a good amount of searching around, having Luxury Spas local to us was a plus but a contributing factor not a deal clincher. We had a good chat with Gemma about our requirements and ended up taking a wet test, the spas are really good quality. We had an onsite meeting with Andy and the team to decide where we wanted the tub, where we wanted power to run etc, the advise given was excellent. We encountered a few challenges along the way in terms of siting and what we wanted to achieve but in all instances we found a solution that worked for everyone, including them making a customer build step for us. Very pleased with the result, not many days the tub hasn't been utilised, the built in marine grade audio is a great add, kids love it too. Good quality product, decent price and great company to deal with.
