I don't normally write reviews but the service, quality of carpet and fitting was exceptional. I measured the carpet myself and paid at the shop but it turned out I didn't need as much as first thought the way they cut up, (was for 3 storey stairs and landings).The owner Sabs phoned me to say he was refunding my card with what they had saved. The honesty and integrity of this company will have me recommend to all my family and friends. I would also like to say thank you to Kenny the fitter for doing such a fantastic and prompt job very pleased.

We recently went to Preston Carpet & Furniture Ltd to have all the flooring done in our home. It needed to be done really quickly, and we were on a budget. Sabs was very helpful, he guided me on what flooring would be best for what we wanted within our budget, and we are so happy with the result! The turnaround was so quick as well, we had our flooring fitted just 5 days later. Stephen & the other carpet fitters were great, very good at what they do and went above and beyond.

Let's start with just saying that Sabs and the team are great. It can be a worry when using someone new for something as important as floor finishes, however there will be no issue if you use these guys. From choosing the carpets right the way through to installation the team and service was excellent. Highly recommended from me.

Top quality service, a great selection and affordable prices. Sabs, the owner, is an old family friend. He supplied carpets for my dad’s houses and didn’t disappoint when serving myself. Personally and patiently helped us chose what we wanted, even though we were indecisive, yet very picky and particular! Customer correspondence was impeccable. He always answered my calls, replied to my messages and even had the courtesy to leave voicemails when he couldn’t reach me. Stocked my carpets, without objection, at the shop for weeks on end when our renovation project had been hindered by many unforeseeable issues. Kenny, the fitter, did a flawless job despite the scorching heat. Walked me through every step just to give me peace of mind that the process was running smoothly. He stoically worked around my painter who delayed the fitting and hampered his job. All in all, a stress-free project. And for those who’ve experienced the total manic of a house renovation, it’s the small things like cooperation, thoughtfulness and punctuality from tradesmen and workmen which really ease the process.

Kenny came round to fit our spare bedroom carpet. Lovely colour and quality. Kenny was personable, quick and friendly. Hoovered whilst fitting was was a pleasant change to previous fitters! Even ensured our landing wasn’t exposed to door plate spikes which other fitters haven’t done. Great price for quality of carpet, very competitive after having used 3 other fitters previously. Will definitely be recommending and using again in the future. Thanks guys

I’ve had my carpet for about 3 weeks now and I’m so happy! It’s great quality and it’s been fitted perfectly. I had my stairs and landing done in one carpet and then two of my bedrooms done in another. The fitting was done over 2 days on a date we agreed when I was at the shop and I’m so happy with the quality of work and the carpet itself. I’d definitely recommend!

I phoned up on Wednesday afternoon to enquire about someone coming to measure my stairs, hall & landing. Within an hour Kenny was round. The next day I went in the store and the lovely owner helped me pick a carpet. It was fitted the following day.
