Not your average charity shop! Beautifully laid out with lots of expensive brands at low prices. Plenty of choice. Friendly helpful staff. Recommended!

This is my favourite shop in Preston. The lady who runs the shop, is so charismatic and helpful. I have literally walked in there and said "Dress Me!" and walked out with a whole new outfit, accessories included! When I ran a children's nursery I used to buy a lot of items for the role play area, good quality, real life items. It's spacious (obviously could be larger!), well organised and clean. Love it!

I’m giving this place five stars because I don’t want people to look at the rating and be dissuaded from donating or buying from St. Catherine’s Hospice as the place does such amazing work so please do make every effort to raise funds for such a great cause. HOWEVER, if the review were based purely on the reception; my wife and I have just had at Fulwood after turning up at around 11 am this morning to donate some good quality books and unused towels (and some good condition clothes) I would be far less benevolent. We were, unfortunately made to feel as though we were causing a great inconvenience. To begin with the young lady behind the counter asked whether we could come back on a week day between 9 and 5. Answer - no - we both work full time. We were then asked whether we could take the items to Ashton instead. The excuse - something to do with COVID - okay, I understand there being some COVID issues maybe but, for goodness sake, if you do not want donations at that branch then please make it crystal clear on your website as it may well put people off donating in future to such a great cause.
