Always get my bird food from here and the staff are always friendly, they deliver also which is really handy and it's always on a Saturday so you're in which I find very convenient, in the shop they have a vast array of products for dogs,cats, wild birds, parrots and rare animal species. The bird seed is also locally sourced and made which is brilliant as it's supporting another local business. They have always been courteous and on time and they are great with recommendations on what's the best food to give different animals in different seasons.

Visited here for the first time today after finding them online. I travelled over a 2 hour round trip and was very pleased I did! The staff were very friendly and most helpful. I got what I needed at an excellent price. I was even given a royal canin loyalty card that I didn't even know existed!! Will definitely be making this my regular pet supplier from now on.

Went to buy puppy food and ended up getting some brilliant advice on the best thing to give them. (Which I thought I knew already. ) We also told the lady who served us, we had a fussy dog that would not eat dry food. She pull out a bag of adult doggy food to give to the dog. Feed it the dog thinking she would turn her nose up at it... Instead she scoffed the lot and wouldn't move from her bowl, as if she was I want more. 😂 Definitely going back as it worked out better value for money than I thought or than the supermarket stuff and the advice was priceless.

This place is brilliant all different types of pet food, been coming here for a couple of years now for our 2 little doggies, and each time the staff are always smiling and willing to help you! Lots of treats available for the pets, cages, pet beds, dog leads and collars, and much much more! Easy to find and can usually park right outside the door. Reasonable priced items and lots to choose from! Well worth a visit!

Great pet shop if you want to use a local family run business. Got loads of choice of food and equipment for all kinds of pets. Staff are friendly and helpful if you can't find what you are looking for. Free parking outside but can be busy sometimes.

The staff are lovely, helpful and very patient with me while I try and remember what I need and they go and see what is available over the phone. Nothing is too much for them. Always helpful and while we always buy our dog food here it was out of stock. They took our number and on the Monday our phone was ringing to tell us, it is in stock. Great service and reasonably priced. Parking not to bad either. No customer toilets but it is a pet shop after all.

If you like your pet shops ultra modern, large, spacious and very nicely presented then you might possibly just pay a single visit to Superpet Warehouse or put it on emergency call only. However, if you like small shops packed with items for sale at good prices then Superpet Warehouse will probably please you and they certainly had what I needed. I was not sure if the little car park at the side was for deliveries only and staff use so I parked on the nearby free car park off New Hall Lane.

Firstly I couldn't find any dedicated parking but was space on the street, not massive selection of puppy toys but enough, lots of snack Nd treats but quite a lot of empty boxes so stock issues? No pugs ears which are a stae treat realy, but lots of others not seen anywhere else and excellent prices. Got some biltong and tenderloins might try the chicken feet next. Staff behind counter not very talkative but they did have a lot of stock on the counter so just figured they were busy well worth a visit.

I owned a pet shop for 15 years, needless to say im very picky!!! This is a wonderful place, great prices, great staff and a good selection of foods. I get my reptile foods from here as they stock a brand 0f frozen mice that are of a high quality, if your snake is a bit fussy or turns its nose up at frozen mice from other "major shops" then try these, sounds silly but your snake can tell the difference.

Great choice of all kinds of foods, treats and medicine for all varieties of animals from large to small. Great prices too. I got a 20KG bag of pigeon food for £8 with some extra peanuts etc which were outstanding prices. I will certainly be going again for more stuff for my dogs and pigeons. The staff were great too, they will advice you on what is cheaper to get rather than try to rip you off like a lot of other places do (the larger chain pet shops for instance). Try this place people you will not regret it one bit.

Brilliant place, they have everything you need for your furbabies and loads more you didn't know about! We bought quite a bit here(2 full carrier bags) and it came to somethin like £19.... we got all sorts- dog chews, puppy chews, dog food, dog shampoo... and the staff are really nice and friendly and give the best advice.. You can go with any question and they are always really happy to help. We don't go anywhere else 👍🏼 100% recommend this place 😊🐾🐕

Great Pet store. I have been going there for quite a few years. The owners Mark & Cheryl are very obliging, friendly, professional & offer a very personal shopping experience. Something that lacks in large franchises. They are more than happy to try & get you a product if they dont stock it. Although, that would be extremely rare given the amount of different companies & brands they deal with. Excellent prices & always lower than the Supermarkets & other high street Pet stores. All the Staff are very pleasant & more than happy to help you. The shop has an array of everything you can think of. Im so pleased I found them & will continue to use them for my pet supplies in the future! Highly recommended.

Superpet Warehouse is a family run pet store, packed to the rafters with food, accessories, toys, animal healthcare items and so much more. It's just outside of town, behind the prison, with a bus stop reasonably close if you don't fancy a 15min walk from the bus station. I always buy my cat food and litter online from a German company because it was the only place I could get grain free/specialised food and Intersand litter at good prices. The word "Brexit" seems to have inflated prices and delivery so I looked locally to see if I can get the same items. It took a bit of digging around as the shop is packed with goods but I was delighted to find Intersand litter, which isn't widely available and a very good selection of cat foods and treats. They had a good range of premium grain free food and freeze dried snacks as well as the raw food (frozen) if you want your Dog/Cat on raw meat. There was so much dog stuff, you'd be spoilt for choice. They also had small animal items and specialist foods like frozen rodents for snakes etc. The prices are slightly higher than I normally pay, but you are paying for the convenience, my normal deliveries take up to 5 days to arrive with DPD, whereas I walked away same day with this. The staff are friendly and helpful and around to help if you can't find what you need. Definitely a good place to get your pets bits and bobs.
