A huge thank you to The Flooring Centre for an impeccable service from start to finish! We would like to thank the team for your help and expertise in choosing our carpets and the layout for the runner. The overall experience in your showroom and with your measuring / fitting / finished service has been second to none and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anybody looking for new flooring. Martin and his colleague did a fantastic job fitting, the stair runner and carpets look even better than we’d imagined! They were so lovely and professional (and cleaned up afterwards, thank you!!)

The flooring centre has done a fantastic job, an absolute work of art and exceeded our expectations! Same goes to the beautifully fitted carpets. Thanks to Michael and Chris who have been very attentive and incredibly patient from start to finish and even came to our home with the samples. The fitting of the wood flooring and carpets has been immaculate, and the team worked around our moving schedule perfectly. From going to the showroom and choosing my Amtico flooring, they came out on the same day to measure up and the flooring was installed and the whole job completed in 12 days. In addition to a suberb job, I was so grateful that they fitted it at the perfect time, after the kitchen fitters left and just before the decorator. We needed carpets for three rooms, they sent out a chap who brought samples of the colour scheme we wanted and took the measurements. The following day a date was sorted for fitting. I have had the the full house kitted out including Amtico downstairs and carpeting upstairs. I went to the show room just before lock down. I was highly impressed with the knowledge, patience and friendliness shown by Sales Man Sean. He was brilliant throughout, nothing too much trouble totally professional, a throughly decent bloke. Thank you for an amazing job ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️service!!! my parents who are elderly wanted new carpet flooring centre sent a photo which was the exact colour they then brought the sample to their house when measuring up and the carpet was fitted the following week in time for Christmas they phoned every step of the way to let us know what was happening and when. Fitters were lovely very kind and accommodating and got the job done really quickly and efficiently! I would definitely recommend and I would definitely use them again the carpet looks fab thanks again “A local company doing things properly 👍” and reasonably priced 😊

Just had 'Soft Distinction' carpets fitted in 4 beds ,stairs and landing. Fitting was perfect from Antony who was so professional and trustworthy -unbeatable. The advice from Micheal about the underlay and quality of carpet was explained fully -1st class. Michelle promptly rang to tell me my carpet was out of stock (due to covid),but as we picked a 2nd choice this was not an issue as we had been informed about the manufacturing shortage at this present time. The upstairs has been transformed thanks to a great team effort ,for which I am really grateful. I would award 6 stars if possible, Thanks to everyone at the Flooring Centre😘

The staff should be in the world gymnastics games they bent over backwards sideways and every other way to help us with picking the flooring. Flooring centre nw is a family run business by lovey people! Stunning showroom welcoming team pleasure to shop with! Steve has done multiple houses for me including my own personal house which consisted of Amtico throughout the downstairs and carpet in certain rooms to which Neil one of the fitters installed with the highest level of detail! If you want the best for your home I suggest you look no further than the flooring centre nw!
