If I could give more stars I would! We had been let down last minute for a prom dress so arrived at the shop a frosty and stressed family. Jackie, Jenny and Grace were fantastic and I am very grateful to them. Even though it was very late in the season they still had a wide range of dresses available so our daughter had a choice of dresses. Jackie sorted us a seamstress and so thanks to the team at "Your Dream Dress" we are back on track!

A little delayed leaving a review (sorry). My experience start to finish was amazing. Jackie was absolutely fantastic. She helped me vision what my dress would be like after changing the skirt adding matching lace to the bottom and a glittered layer. Jackie made the whole experience of choosing my dress and my bridesmaids dresses so much fun. I am not a petite size at all so was a bit worried picking a dress would be a trauma, but nothing could be further from the experience I had. As a plus size bride I was really nervous about trying wedding dresses on, however as soon as I walked into your dream dress I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. There was plenty of choice and dresses big enough for me to try on and the service I received from Jackie and Jenny was exceptional. We originally ordered our dresses in 2019, our wedding was post phoned twice and we finally managed to get married in September 2021. During this time everyone in my bridal party changed shape and the children had grown a lot. Jackie went above and beyond to ensure that the dresses were altered to fit everyone perfectly. We got badly let down ordering prom dress on internet, tried everywhere so we went to Your Dream dress in penwortham the lady there was absolutly amazing, so helpful, the dresses are stunning! Fantastic! After a long day trying on dresses in and around Bolton and Preston, I was giving up hope of finding a wedding dress. Then, thankfully, we found this lovely place!! It was about to close but Jackie really kindly kept the shop (which was immaculately presented) open especially for us and she had so many gorgeous dresses that I found my dream dress within seconds!! I can honestly say that Jackie was amazing, so helpful and friendly, and my dress was beautiful. I really can't recommend Your Dream Dress enough, just perfect.

Thanks to Jackie at Your Dream Dress I was able to say 'Yes to the dress'. Contacted the shop by email to see if they had dresses in my budget. Jackie replied straight away and said yes. Got an appointment the next day, tried on the dresses and fell in love with the Amanda Wyatt dress. Bought a veil to match. Fantastic little shop and ever so helpful. Exceptional service throughtout. I'd highly recommend this wedding shop when trying to find your dream dress.

What a lovely lady with a lovely dress shop, so many beautiful dresses to choose from! My daughter and I visited this shop today looking for a prom dress, what a lovely experience. Jackie was so welcoming and accommodating and couldn't have been more patient and helpful. The other two shops we have visited have been extremely pushy and quite abrupt with my daughter, which hasn't given her a nice experience. i believe the experience you have when looking for your DREAM DRESS whether its prom or wedding, should be a special, happy and memorable experience and thanks to Jackie my daughter will now have lovely memories of trying prom dresses on, thank you.

This is a wonderful bridal shop. The owner has really put the customer at the forefront of everything and you can see she has put her heart and soul into her business. I came with my mum to look at some bridal dresses, unfortunately we hadnt booked an appointment. They were fully booked as you would expect but were kind enough to give me 30 minutes to try some dresses, which they didn't have to do. I felt very well taken care of and thought the choice of bridal gowns were stunning. I would highly recommend visiting this store, it was an all-round lovely experience!

The dress on the day was fantastic as where the bridesmaid dresses. Jackie worked so hard to fix us all up with our dresses despite the tears and tantrums. AMAZING! I’ve been to the shop twice, the first time just to have a look and the second with every intention to buy. They where both so welcoming and friendly each time. I found a dress I loved the first time and I wasn’t in a position to buy so I came back a few months later and then still had the dress so I pulled a few more to try and still went with the same dress. They where so great with me and my mum, made us both feel comfortable and helped me customise the dress slightly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying my wedding dress. 100 stars out of 5, thank you so much.

Jackie was nothing short of fantastic!! I had found my dream dress elsewhere but it was sold upon arrival at the shop. Many tears followed whilst my bridesmaids avidly google'd on their phones to find somewhere else that had 'my' dress in stock. And that was how we found Your Dream Dress in Preston. Their website showed a couple of manufacturer photos of 'my' dress and said it was available in their sample sale. A quick phone call confirmed that it was! Now, here is the thing. I live at the other end of the country in Hove so there was very little chance of me getting to Preston to try it on. Jackie was great - she put the dress onto one of their stands and took lots of photos using her phone, which she sent to me for reassurance. I ordered and paid over the phone, booked a courier and it arrived today! Beautifully packaged in a sleeve protector, stuffed with lovely tissue paper and boxed well for protection. I literally could not be happier. It is on perfect condition and exactly asHackue described. I can highly recommend this shop even though I have not been there. My experience as an internet/phone buyer has been exceptional. Jackie - thank you so much!! X
