Had a great experience in the store. Matthew came and greeted us straightaway. Matthew was very confident and helped us with our questions and offered his opinion and personal experiences with carpets he had used and the fitters the store uses to fit customers carpets. Very knowledgable, and explained the whole process from start to finish upon receiving our quote. When we decided to accept the quote offered we bought it and the gentleman that helped us, I unfortunately forgot his name, greeted us (around 18:30pm on the 8th of March 2022). We said that we were very happy with Matthew’s customer service. He mentioned that that’s really good of Matthew as he works in the warehouse normally. Thank you for the great service!

excellent experience choosing and arranging the fit of carpets and flooring for my parent's house. First point of contact was Mark who explained everything very well including costs. Follow up was with Naz who is extremely likeable and dedicated to ensuring the next steps went as smoothly as possible. He is an amazing asset to Carpetrite. Would definitely this branch to friends/ family.

Other reviews state long lead times for carpets as unacceptable... I would agree 4 weeks is a long time to wait but that's one of the reasons their prices are competitive. I've used this branch several times over the past 10 years. Their estimators, carpet fitters and store staff have always been friendly and helpful. One tip - it's not an extra cost to arrange for an estimator to visit your property - prevents mistakes with measurement and their suggestions for type and choice of materials is useful. I would recommend.
