Y. _.It is a big library.
Has internet but you can't use it unless you get the membership card and it is free but they'll need something with your name on to register you.
a.proof that, briefly, you may step back in time. the 1907 listed buiding has that still musty dry library book feel when you walk past the generous notice board. if you want to know what's happening in the local area it will be posted on the wall.most of life is here,(it is free), the young and old, the sane and insane, rich poor and homeless. interent,magazines and newspapers, and books of course with an adjoining childrens library.all in all a relaxing space in bustling Caversham.

M. H.A centrally located library in Caversham town centre with all the facilities of a small library. There is a separate room for the kids books and for their activity clubs etc. Due to the small building there's not a wide choice of books or videos etc but all the usual facilities of a library on a small scale. There's no parking on site but available nearby not too far a walk.

- actually pretty big, given the location (in an old church if I'm not mistaken),
- children's book area,
- easily accessible, just next to a bus station, on the main street,
- big enough a selection of books for the size.
CONS:
- staff can seem very uninterested.
A. O.very well laid out library with a good selection of books only downside is its very hard to memorise opening and closing times. What i mean is the opening and closing times vary largely from day to day and so its mostly a lucky draw if the library is open that day
A. M.Very pleasant and helpful staff. I spent an hour there putting up a display for the Island Bowls Club, it was a hive of activity, lots of people using the library.
