I was on a shoot in Reading and I realised I had left my main camera’s batteries at home (rookie mistake I know)! Thankfully I saw this store and popped in on the off chance they had any batteries for my camera in stock. Unfortunately they didn’t however they did have a couple lying around out back. The two guys in there were kind enough to lend me the battery (free of charge) for my shoot. I returned it back to them just before they closed for the day. I cannot thank them enough and they saved my shoot. Thank you so much guys!!!

Thanks to the Lincoln branch for finding what I wanted at the Reading branch. Thanks to Andy for dispatching everything as quick as a “flash” (see what I did there!) My order was expedited and arrived extremely well packaged next day. LCE is my go-to pro shop both online and in store, thanks again. Very good store. Went there to trade in my camera and order a new one. The team were very helpful on the phone prior to my visit and they were just as helpful when I arrived. Highly recommend the staff and products in the Reading store. As soon as I walked in staff were polite, friendly and approachable. I emailed before I visited and communication was swift and very helpful. I visited the store as I wanted to trade in an old lens for a newer one. Special mention to Adrian who was able to answer any questions I had and he was very knowledgeable. As I’m not an expert with the technical aspects of photography, just the creative side, he was able to explain it in a way I could easily understand, really appreciated that. Highly recommend a visit to the store and dealing with the staff online , thank you.

Went in for a new camera and a pair of binoculars. They were so helpful. They didn't blind me with science or talk down to me. I walked out with exactly what I wanted and needed. I am absolutely thrilled with my purchases and would definitely go back here again. I had priced up things on the internet before I went and the camera I bought was cheaper in this shop so they are very competitive in price.

Great service from the Reading branch, went in for a sensor clean, they cleaned it there and then and didn't feel the need to charge as the dust particle feel straight out. Went on to spend £150..Two great guys much better than the six I met in Jessops who didn't have a clue!!
