S. S.Was so impressed that even though it is in a big brand pet shop, it still maintains a lovely small independent feel. The staff are lovely and the advice given was really good. We felt that the vet cared and wasn't about the getting money which is what we felt at other vets.

N. A.Lovely helpful staff, assisted us brilliantly when we were in a hurry, even though we were buying a rabbit. We chose a wonderful character who was considered rescue as he was much older than the others. We are thrilled with him.
I was even more impressed that he came with vouchers to have him neutered and vaccinated and was on a donation only basis. We donated the full price of a new rabbit. Am so happy we could 'rescue' from a shop with more assistance than we could have got from a breeder.
Well done Pets At Home and all the girls who helped us home Malcolm on the 7th March 2019. Highly recommended.
