P. R.Bargain hunters den! It's not a pound per item but 99p- 1p less. You may find a wide range of everyday products-coffee, canned foods, drinks, chips, cleaning items, cat and dog food, kids corner with some books and other products, toiletries, that could be found in bigger stores or even high street stores but the price- amazing! No groceries! They know how they do it but there are loads of people who want to save and they don't feel like they had paid more.
It also consists of variety of foods that may be very good but you have never heard of or you have never tasted. It's a good opportunity to give it a go as it won't cost you fortune!
It's a big store however with few staffs. Two at till and two refilling products.
H. W.Price is really good. For some items (like the umbrella) it's impossible to get for one pound anywhere else in the UK.
Many non-food items there are typical products of China. As I am from China I could see that their quality is ok for the price, because they are mostly from middle-end conscienscious Chinese manufacturers like my father's factory. They are not those low-quality garbage produced in China's sweat factories, prisons and maybe concentration camps and then dumped to countries like India where the import quality control is totally corrupt and pathetic and where the majority of buyers priortize a dirt-cheap price over everything else.

v. v.Decent store and good replacement for pound land. Have collection of biscuits and kid's snack. They small collection of Asian items like TRS dal packet etc. Staff is also helpful.
