A large toy superstore with lots of choice of toys. They have everything from baby toys and accessories to PlayStations.

An excellent toys and game stores for all the children and of course for the adults too. The ambience is great with well lit and neatly displayed good on ver well organised shelves. The staffs are helpful and knowledgeable.

I find that the shop is a little old fashioned and takes a while to get new toys in store. Some of the toys have bits missing and are broken. I brought a lorry with car storage recently and just opened it and it’s broken into pieces. The staff are often grumpy and not very enthusiastic considering it’s a toy store. Often have to queue for 5-10 minutes to purchase anything. However the store is always stocked and clean and tidy.

Pre-ordered online due to covid restrictions, website was easy to use and simple to order. Item arrived a week before I expected it and delivery was excellent, I was kept well informed of the progress. Highly recommended

Massive toy store with lots of different aged group toys. There's also outdoor play areas you can purchase as well as new born baby essentials like cots, car seats, bottles etc. Toys wise there's pretty much everything you see in TV and in books for kids so it's likely they'll find their favourite characters here. Lots of outdoor things too including bikes, scooters, balls. There's also a PS4/XBox/Nintendo Switch section to buy games from and adult orientated TV and movie memorabilia

I come here when it's any of little ones birthdays as there's alot of choice and can get lots in one shop. Always polite and helpful. Never had a problem shopping here

Quieter than previous visits today. Just wanted to say how nice Tereza was on the till. Very polite and chatty including my 9yr old daughter as well. Good customer service.

Decent toy store, really there is only Smyths and the entertainer left as specialist toy stores. This branch is pretty big, staff are friendly, and helpful. They stock video games, scooters, childrens karts, bikes, buggies, baby furniture, lots of soft toys, extensive lego range including the mega expensive sets, power rangers, marvel stuff, hot wheels, playmobil, board games, Thomas and friends, dolls, stem toys, arts, and crafts. It's possible to click and collect for certain items, they regularly have free lego days and sometimes face painting. Recommended.

Excellent to some extent! Was served by a very friendly cashier I’m not sure of her name but would love to somehow praise her bless her little heart. However I did not feel welcome by other members of staff didn’t have much stock either but online it said they did :/ thanks smyths!!!
