B.Fantastic Service, very welcoming and brilliant staff, wish I could rate Higher than 5 stars.
J. W.I have been thinking of getting into the hobby for several years and I went into the store to buy the starter set for 40K. When I got there I was greeted by Greg and he is phenomenal. Very very easy to talk to, very friendly and knows the hobby incredibly well.
I ended up buying the Dark Imperium Starter Set along with the £5 Magazine, spray paint and the £20 paint set to get me started. I was thinking of buying more, but the staff pointed out that if I do too much I'll burn out and I would enjoy it more if I took it at a slower pace - so they definitely do not push sales!
I struggled a bit with the painting and following Greg's advice, I decided to message the store on Facebook Messenger asking if they would be able to help me. Within 5 minutes, I got a reply (at 8am on a Sunday!) and then got booked in for someone to guide me through it at 11:30 the same day.
This is by far the best customer experience I have *ever* had with a store.

Y.The staff here are knowledgeable and helpful without using pushy up-selling tactics. I've had so many bad experiences with GW employees over the years and it's nice to find a store that is run by normal guys rather than by zealots!
B.Utterly love this shop. A true sanctuary from the madness when the town is heaving. Great staff who are always willing to help. Unfortunately some GW stores suffer from nepotism I.E the manager hires only his mates. They might be into the hobby but have absolutely no people skills or salesmanship. This store is certainly not one of those! They truly have built a little community enviroment that is welcoming and considerate to new customers.
