Good card store, they have a good selection of cards. I'm a wheelchair user and do find it difficult to reach all the cards and at the time I visited there didn't seem enough staff to be able to help if and when I required. The staff I did encounter where friendly and helpful.

Love this store, Good bits for birthday and many more , has lovely gift ideas, always updating products always something new, Can get a little packed a d busy but the que goes fast so doesn't take long for you to check out :). Good balloons selections and ideas

There's a quite a good range of cards at a very reasonable price. Also, I went there to get some Chinese New Year cards as this is the only place that I could find them at a price that I could afford.

Good mix of cheap and cheerful cards and party products - some 'premium' stuff there too, but on the whole its a good place to get cards and wrapping paper for all occasions. I have been particularly impressed by the wide selection of good quality Christmas cards recently - it's well worth checking the store for cards before you go elsewhere!

Quite busy, hardly any social distancing,knowing how busy shop going to be now should have all tills going not just one or two with such a long queue most of time. Staff complaining been really busy since open, sorry don't moan about it on shop floor customers don't need to hear. Staff should be glad they got a job .

Super cheap. I hate getting and giving cards but if you dont partake in this odd tradition of exchanging colourful compressed slices of dead trees, you're a bad person. Card factory makes it less painful on the wallet.

This particular Card Factory Shop is located at the top of Southampton High Street towards the end of the pedestrianised precinct. It's definitely not one of the largest Card Factory shops around, but they do always seem to have everything I need in the way of Cards etc.
