Ok. So apologies for the delay but I would just like to say after a second visit to CiggyJuice I received great service. Can't praise this place enough, they spent a long time with both me and my wife talking us through options for giving up smoking, they didn't try to push the most expensive vapes at us. Flavours are strong and more choices than your ever likely to go through. Highly recommended!!

I've used CiggyJuice for two years, and couldn't recommend this store more highly. Staff are on the whole very knowledgeable and helpful about e-cigarettes and the options. After-sales service is excellent: even if you cannot get to the store in person, they will help over the phone. They have gone above and beyond for me, when I've not been able to get to the shop in time, they have taken payment over the phone and left my order in a safe place for me to collect. There may be other Vape Shops about, but I would absolutely recommend CiggyJuice to anyone thinking of switching.

Been buying e-liquid here for about 3 weeks and have to say I'm impressed. Staff very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, especially Dave. Tried "Mango Freeze" and loved it so asked if they had a coconut version, their answer astounded me - No, but if you can hang on for a few minutes we'll make it. And they did! My wife and I love coming here, we drive from chandlers ford two to three times a month to restock. I came in yesterday for the first time, i have always used vampire vape strawberry and kiwi, the lovely staff made me there own strawberry and kiwi and it's so much nicer and more flavour. I will definitely be returning, it's very very reasonably priced and even do a loyalty card. :)

Excellent customer service, and flavours are perfect. I was sent banana sweets by mistake and they sent out the correct order of banana custard the very next day free of charge. The banana sweets flavour was exactly like the old school soft sweets and the banana custard is perfect and my new favourite. The website lets you pick PG/VG mix and also Nic strength. Have been to the shop a few times now and always come away with a new vape flavour . The staff are extremely helpful and informative which is a good thing for someone learning the different ways of vaping. I even asked about a flavour they didnt do and was presented with a sample bottle of the flavour to try to see if it matched a commercial rival, happy to say it exceeded their product in price and flavour. Probably one of the best vaping shops in the Southampton area. Ive been using Ciggyjuice for about 6 months now and their E-juice is second to none I've tried a fair few of their 200 or so flavours and as of yet I haven't found one I don't like you can even specify what nicotine level you want and PG/VG ratio. David Sue and the team are all very helpful and knowledgeable and can't do enough to help 👍👍👍

Decided to quit smoking last August, so I came to ciggyjuice totton and asked for advice and what kit to buy. All the staff were very helpful and I was kitted up In no time at a very reasonable price, I have now not smoked a single cigarette since coming to ciggyjuice despite being on 10 a day beforehand! I pop into the shop quite often and get new liquids and spare parts for my vader, everything I come in ill receive top quality service and most importantly top quality products! Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

first time visitor long time future customer!! this b&m shop is truly awsome.. welcoming and friendly I felt I could stay as long as I wanted. they have the biggest selection of juice and honistly I felt they would have let me try them all!!!!! I only spent £40 wich for me is nothing but the prices are unbeatable.. and I genuinly mean that!! I walked away with 180ml concentrate an 5 100 mil bottles and was treated like royalty. the shop constantly had customers in and out an yet they never waited more than a few seconds to be served while they spent an hour with me testing juices that are all.. and I mean all available to try! and they arnt bog standard juices.. they are hand crafted on site.. what you taste is what you get!! with drinks machines a big comfy sofa, mods, tanks and enough juice to fill a swimming pool I really won't be going anywere else! if it's out of your way to get to, go out of your way because you won't regret it!!! ill be back before I need to!

BEST DECISION I'VE EVER MADE!!! I never write long reviews but bare with me. I have smoked cigerettes for about 20 years and ended up on about a 12-15 a day habit bar the boozey evenings when it's could easily be doubled. I tried the fake looking cig 'vapes' about 5 years ago which did nothing to cut the habit. I was bought a liquid filled vape 3 years ago and it didn't work as I wasn't ready and it leaked! I have tried going cold turkey since but always find an excuse to spark up. Admittedly my recent efforts (2010-2015) to quit have been financial but as I learned this does not work for me. This year I have seen friends who were previously hardcore smokers purely vaping and telling me how easy it is not smoke tobacco. I know how hard it is to quit so again even though willing I was sceptic that vaping would work for me. 11 days ago I as many times in the past I decided to stop.....this time not just because of finances but felt at 35 enough was enough! I was recommended Ciggyjuice by a friend and went there the following day. The staff (and dogs) were amazing. I chose my vap quite quickly as I'm quite instinctive buyer. I won't tell you the make/model as it's personal choice but it is brilliant. I was allowed to freely select different flavours and advised what strength I would require. I vaped 5 different flavours and walked away with Iron Bru and Vanilla. I loved the Iron bru. I returned 5 days later to buy some more flavours and explained how I preferred one flavour over the other. Without asking i was allowed to take away some samples to try. I write this review 10 days in to being a smoker. It's been the easiest way to quit ever. The first night I had a drink I was tempted to return to tobacco due to habit but for the first time ever I resisted and the craving went after drink 2-3 when I felt more relaxed. I've had a few social nights since and so far so good. I actually feel I have quit tobacco without the little fibs you tell your piers and colleagues. I know it's a massive review but I think some people wanting to quit; the party animals need to hear this. It's been 10 days since I've smoked tobacco. My energy levels are up and I've saved £50 on normal cigs. The staff were professional and a good laugh at the same time. There's a massive array of flavoured liquids that are a lot cheaper/better than other shops I previously visited. Cracking service, thank you!

just got some sample vials yesterday and i'm on my second vial and have to say this is the BEST tasting liquid for me yet. Am fairly new to vaping and i've tried about 7 different companies and CiggyJuice is by far the best one. The website is clear and easy the liquids taste exactly like the product they are supposed to be ie the cola one actually tastes of cola!! The last place I bought a juice from it was lemon and lime and it tasted like washing up liquid. And the best thing is you can get sample vials of the liquid before you go and pay out for the bigger vial although you wont need samples because these liquids are brilliant :-)

Well, first visit to the shop today, I have been thinking of mixing my own juice for a while so decided to pay a visit to Totton. A little hard to find the place on the industrial estate, but it was worth the couple of laps around the industrial estate to find the shop, Not sure of the guys name who served me but he was very helpful & knew what he was talking about, I like the strawberry flavour so he let me try various strawberry mixes, he had everything needed for the first time mixer if you know what I mean & very helpful with tips & information I could not fault the place so will be going back again in the near future Myself & the wife have only 1 COMPLAINT, we weren't aloud to take the cute little cocker spaniel Away with us when we left the shop

Came into the shop today to buy some new liquid for me to try and give up smoking the staff was amazing very helpful and would do there best to explain everything and help with every need it would recommend every one to take some time out and take a trip down there is belive ciggy juice is still one of the only vape shops out there that will help you to stop smoking unlike a few shops I have been to unless you have a big wattage device and a big cloud tank they don't want to help you at all and just try to force products down your throat and charge you a bomb for it.

Well so as a heavy smoker for quite some time,i thought i would try this vape thing ,tryed lots of others throughout the years and good old fashioned will power i have to say ,mine is crap,colleagues suggested i use ciggy juice for my juices i started on 1.6,then 1.2 then 0.9,0.6 and yes now on 0.3 well i am and i am not sometimes 0.6 but thats coz the lung hit is alot better.The guys at ciggyjuice are bloody amazing its weird ive never been to the shop,maybe i should,but im pomponian by birth and the unit is in southampton lol........................From standard flavours strawberry etc to their own creations such as their astaire range and floppy stus mum,legendary my personnel favourite is Blueberry slush custom,orders always promply prepared and the delivery is exactly what it says ive run out almost,but their 1st class signed for,its worth paying as it is guranteed next day................Guys keep up the great work..........i have not so much as thought about cigarettes for at least 3 months and i transitioned on March 14th so whats that almost 6 months bloody brilliant oh and alot better off too.............................................
