Absolutely excellent GAME store. I forgot to get the name of the advisor who helped me and it's not on the receipt but I knew he was quite new, despite that he was extremely helpful. I purchased a pre-owned Nintendo Switch Lite, he helped me choose between a Switch and Switch Lite with his knowledge of the differences between the two. He then happily went out back and personally searched for the best looking pre-owned device. It looks like it's barely ever been used! I returned a few days later to buy Dark Souls Remastered. On this occasion I was served by an absolutely lovely lady who was happy to reserve the game for me until the next day as I had to wait for my pay to hit my bank. All in all a lovely store, much more helpful than the CeX up the road. Thank you all.

It's okay. It definitely has a wide range of games. Just a bit expensive. I did however buy a new switch case. It's a good place for all your gaming needs!

I love this store as I'm proper gamer. I've preorder Xbox one X and forza 7 and fifa 18 and assasin creed and star wars battlefront II and call of duty world war II. They've been sending all of this staff as I've been told. huge variety of games consoles etc. definately five stars. ;)

It's not too bad here although they keep moving this store or closing it. Weird... Not been happy with them since they closed my favorite store gamestation. But nowadays I buy my games digital. Have not bought a physical game since early 2010's. But I do remember the days coming to this store. But I mostly ever used was gamestation. I suppose it's pretty good for exclusives and events. I originally went to the game store inside west Quay for the evil within event back in 2013. Still remember game originally being on east street. Like I said they're weird moving the store about.

It's a Game shop. What is there to say? Their selection of current games is good. Their merchandise is pretty good. Their prices are about as competitive as you would expect. They don't offer anything in the way of classic or retro etc. Staff are friendly. You know what to expect.

The staff often recognise me as a regular which makes me happy to keep coming back to use this store - you feel more appreciated as a customer! They are always friendly and helpful, and collectively they are pretty knowledgeable on most aspects of gaming. They have a good range of gaming specific hardware and software as well as a wide selection of merchandise now, too. Only downside is I wish Nintendo had more shelf space.

Has a pretty good selection of current gen video games, theres more video games than annoying toys (which is better than some branches!). They also buy/sell used phones and things. Not the biggest store but equally not the smallest although it does get busy at peak times

My experience of dealing with this branch was great. I ordered a PS4 bundle online and got sent the correct games but incorrect PlayStation. Trying to deal with someone via e-mail was a pain and very unhelpful, to the point where they told me changing the PS4 itself was not possible. This store sorted the issue for me within a few minutes. The staff was helpful and friendly.

This is a decent branch of the Game 'chain' of stores. Unfortunately, due to the size of the store, there's not a massive stock selection. However, this is made up for by the friendly and helpful staff who take time to assist and have great suggestions for new games or alternatives. This branch carries is the most popular games, but not all the various peripherals and accessories that you can get at larger stores.

I did year 11 work experience here, the staff here are really friendly, helping out customers as much as possible. The store is nicely laid out and is easy to find what you're looking for. Everything is in alphabetical order by format. for example: PS4, Xbox One etc. Prices arent bad either, always having some deal/offer of some sort. I loved doing work experience there and is now my go-to store for games

I wanted to give a shout out to a specific member of staff at this store, she was super helpful, respectful, and so wonderful with everything I needed. She was called Laura, and she helped me find a D.va Christmas jumper. She checked absolutely everywhere for it, and we eventually deemed it out of stock, so she found me another place I could get one. It's just really great to visit a store with such helpful members of staff, especially at this time of year because its all so damn busy. So thank you Laura, I hope you have a lovely Christmas :)

Always a great experience no matter how often we go in. Staff are always so knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are also always the best when shopping around as well as their selection being the best. Highly recommended and very rarely go anywhere else, even online.

They didn't let me have long shifts which was very nice and I can't wait to come back next year and hope to get a job placement!

Looking around, options seemed limited despite various AAA titles, couldn't get EA cash cards which is kinda shocking and the only reason I went in. Apart from a wall of steam wallet cards, PC games were non-existent. It is a small store.

I've always thought GAME was a bit overprice, and in all honesty, it is. Anything you can purchase in GAME, I guarantee you buy it somewhere else for significantly less.

Every gamers heaven ! You must pay it a visit for the latest and exclusive games. They have alot of offers and deals as well as a wide range of pre-owned games and consoles.
