The product is really good. Just what I hoped for. Packaged really well. It was delivered once and I wasn't in to receive, and as it was an age restricted gift they had to take it back to the depot. I contacted a really helpful girl Katie who was really helpful. She offered to get it redelivered at a date that suited me. Great customer service, thanks so much!!

Received my parcel very quickly, easy to buy too and a great website. Overall when the package arrived it was packaged amazingly and very secure. Had a little issue with having a different kind of glass with the set I bought from the website, but as soon as I messaged on Facebook within 5 minutes Katie came back to me and immediately rectified the issue and is sending a new glass for the set as we speak. They also offered that I keep the original glass they sent me too, which was so kind! I cannot fault the company. A beautiful, thoughtful business that deserves to be recommended! I will definitely be buying from them again in the future. 5* service!

If I could give more stars I would. One of the best customer experiences I can remember. I was asked to coordinate a specific gift at short notice and the support from Charlotte was outstanding. Gift arrived on time and the receiver was delighted by the contents, which was his favourite beer and snacks, plus a number of messages from his colleagues (not quite war and peace but much more than your standard get well soon). No hesitation to recommend to others

I got in touch with Happy Days Gifts as I had to source a Lager gift set through work for a Christmas gift. Happy Days Gifts were extremely helpful in sourcing an alternative extra, adding a large bag of star nachos with the lager mini hamper. They provided a VAT receipt for expenses and kept me up to date with the cost of items and also informed me of safe delivery of the 3 gifts. Happy Days Gifts were just what I was looking for for some christmas presents to give to family. I ordered a heineken box and also made a custom box. They were so pleasant to deal with from start to finish, I even ordered a custom hamper and they put everything in that I specified probably better than I could’ve done myself. The gifts came well packaged and were wrapped very nice so no need to wrap them yourself. Would 100% recommend having a look at their website and even if they don’t have what you’re looking for if you message them they will have no problems in accommodating you. Thank you for the gifts!
