A. D. D.The staff are always really helpful and lovely to chat to! Our dog Chester is always welcomed and even charmed 2 treats out of them today! A fantastic selection of healthy treats that have massively improved his wellbeing.
A. M.I love this store for my dog! So many healthy meats and snacks. They have a variety of toys, excellent quality waterproof jackets for dogs, and skin and coat care products. There is a selection of dry food too. If you have a puppy, cat, ferret and dont know what food or store to go i will save you time and pop in this one. They have great customer service and they will help you choose what is more suitable for your pets needs. If your dog is overweight they have a weight loss program.
W. F.Healthy Pet Store is a exceptionally well stocked store. There are a wide variety of Raw dog and cat foods. As well as kibble and a massive amount of toys and harnesses, medicines and much much more. The staff are very knowledgeable on all the products sold. They are warm and friendly and easy to approach. They also have a good website for online ordering, offering a home delivery service. The driver is a friendly and pleasant attribute to the company. I would very highly recommend shopping at Healthy Pet Store as they will never sell you anything you do not want, only what is needed.
M. S.Amazing pet store. We now feed all of our dogs and cat on the meat diet. I was sceptical at first but I can't fault it. One of my dogs has been really ill and had an operation, and I've seen huge improvements to his health on this food.
The staff are superb. Bianca did a meal plan, as we have also just rescued an underweight puppy. Nathan is great with pointers on behaviour and Richard, the Store Manager is knowledgeable about rescues in general and everything else. Whenever we visit, we are made to feel welcome by all staff who are friendly and know the products they're selling. Plus the staff care, that's huge. Too often there is a lack of caring and losing sight of what a good pet supplier is about, but not here. From supplements to orthopaedic dog beds, natural treats, toys, leads etc, plus weighing scales to drop in and weigh your pet, the shop has everything.
We won't go anywhere else!
