Excellent service from Kieron and his team! The PVC tubes on our rather tired, but much loved, Ribeye A600 were failing and have now been replaced by new tubes in Military Grey Hypalon. The Rib Shop offered a cost-effective and efficient service. Highly recommended.

I wanted to share my 1st class experience of the Rib Shop Ltd. I went to them with a number of issues effecting the Rib and it must have been clear that I am no expert. Kieron in particular was open and honest, I clearly could have been mis-lead as a customer with my obvious lack of knowledge but I was treated as a valued customer from the start. The team picked up the RIB from the Hamble River (getting around the issue that my road trailer was recently stolen) and following an assessment of the engine quickly gave me a range of options for getting the RIB back to its best through their valet and anti-fowl options as well as options around replacing the engine or fixing it. The correct decision was to replace the engine and work proceeded at speed with the RIB's refresh. The work was of a very high standard throughout with the new engine chosen through their advice and insight around the power to weight ratio's that were optimal for the RIB's size and weight. Finally the new engine was fitted and trimmed to best performance by the team. The RIB was delivered back to its mooring. The final bonus was that the Rib Shop found a trade buyer for what I thought was a scrap outboard that had been taken off the RIB and will be used for spares. The trader paid much more than I was expecting and it really took the pain out of the cost of the refurbishment. I received pragmatism, advice and a 1st class refurbished RIB at the end which I am very pleased with. I'll be definitely back for ongoing servicing of the RIB and I know they'll give honest advice if I ever need it. Thanks the Rib Shop Team !!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you Rib Shop for a fantastic job re-tubing our old 6m Ribeye Playtime - it now looks like a brand new rib! Your customer service was great - fast, efficient quote. Attention to detail, providing us with possible colour options and logo patches was also excellent (we went for grey with red logo) . We also got the team to do some general repairs which were all done to time and schedule. Thank you very much Rib Shop for a first class service, we are delighted with the end result.

Rib Shop have just completed a full engine service on my Honda 150 along with hull wash and antifoul. I also bought a Honda 2.3 a month ago and this weekend picked up my Honwave 3.8IE and Honda 6. Purchased some rib tube cleaning and conditioning products. New Magic cleaner is amazing. Used it to clean 6 weeks worth of bird mess off the tubes. A bit of scrubbing and it did the business perfectly. Highly recommended. Also the order was processed and delivered as quickly. Many thanks
