Been going to Tidal for a few years now and always had a good experience. David, who is usually behind the counter, is very knowledgeable about all types of vaping and can always point me in the right direction. Wide selection of juices, mods, coils, accessories and disposables. The loyalty system can save you a few quid too so make sure you sign up!

I have been passed since it opened but never ventured in before. I was greeted by a very upbeat and positive young male staff member called Chris..( i think, sorry I have short term memory loss). Chris was very impressive and had a great customer focused approach to all the products. He suggested a variety of products and services and a number of possible choices depending on value for money and strengths. His attitude was so very professional and his knowledge was impeccable. Chris made it a very easy choice for my particular requirements and was very keen for me to save money by joining the company rewards scheme...which was a definite surprise and a pleasant one at that. I am slightly late putting this review up but I really really do believe that if you experience good/excellent or outstanding customer service then I try to get it up ASAP. I will definitely be using this store again and that is mainly because of the experience that I received by Chris??...This member of staff was not only knowledgeable but wasn't trying to push more expensive unit's or products that I wasn't interested in. He listened to what I said and advised me accordingly...with an excellent upbeat and positive attitude. I will be using the establishment and promoting the products and services that I received from my 1st time visit. It's quite rare to get such excellent customer service straight away in some places in Totton...this gentleman has proved to be the exception to the rule. I would highly recommend that you use this shop for all of you vaping needs. They have lot's of deals on offer..saving you money in the long-term and the short-term. The shop is extremely well maintained and clean and tidy. There was seating available for anyone who needed it. It's not ideally located but is by they car park behind the store. I love giving positive feedback and credit where it's due. Very positive experience shopping experience. I don't know the best time to go...it's just the luck of the draw but you'll definitely get a friendly welcome. (I hope that is his name....dark hair, 5' 8 is???) Sorry I have forgotten.

I've reviewed this place before as I've been a customer since it opened. It's always been a five start experience, this time when I went to the store on Sunday there was new to me staff , now I go in this particular chain of stores as i like to talk with the people to use there knowledge to buy the correct things I need. I was expecting to maybe have to come back when a more regular staff member was there but the total opposite happened, both the staff members were very helpful and knowledgeable they answered all my questions 💯 What Aslo wasn't expected was they went that extra 10 percent you don't really see these days and added a comfortable friend factor had a nice chat and a lovely experience with these 2 guys Aimee and Callum are 2 top people Big love guys

1st visit today and was really impressed with the guy who served me (the young chap). He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm new to all this but he took his time to go through everything with me and I didn't feel pushed into anything. He listen to what I needed and the vape he recommended wasn't the most expensive so he wasn't just trying to sell, sell, sell.
