We had great service from Danni and ordered our electric fire online without visiting the showroom. Danni was very helpful as I was concerned about the measurements and she took the time to go through this with me in great detail. She also made sure I had pictures of the fire and contacted the supplier to get more detailed information for me. We had to wait a few months for it to be delivered but as we knew this would be the case it was no problem. The fire has now arrived, it works perfectly and we love it. Very happy with our purchase.

Really great service here from the first phonecall. We were not the most straightforward customers as we are based in Jersey, but Dannii took it all in her stride and dealt with delivery to our courier, made sure everything went smoothly and everyone was fully informed. What fabulous service I received from this company. I originally purchased the Gazco Studio 3, having finished our new extension, it turned out the area for the external flue would not be suitable to go under the recess. I drove back to Southampton to purchase the smaller Gazco Studio 2 but having arrived at their showroom, I ended up purchasing an electric one, the New Forest range as the deluxe logs looked fab. I arrived home and this fire looked too small on the media wall, I drove back and purchased the 1600 electric fire which looks amazing. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. I would definitely use this company again for any future purchases. Thank you to you all. photo taken before media wall was finished but you can see how it looks.

Traveled 100 miles today to visit the showroom in Totton and boy was it worth it, Paul’s customer service is second to none he even arranged coffee for us when we arrived, the displays are probably the best we have seen and prices are very competitive, we knew which fire we wanted and Paul removed all the packaging for us plugged it in so we could see it working (yes there was one on display but it was along way to go back if we had a fault) wrapped it in bubble wrap and carried it to the car. We are 100% happy with both our purchase and the service we received, we would certainly highly recommend. Thank you Paul.
