This shop is not busy like it once was. Plenty of choice still in wrapping paper and cards some books, u stairs by lift or stairs is an array of every thing you may need in the stationary department. Added bonus is the post office.

Very quiet when I visited (4/3/2021 so during lockdown 3), one way system in use, hand sanitizer for use entering and leaving, screens at the checkout, all in all felt safe.

No complaints, the store has always been well organised with friendly staff. My only issue would be that a product I'd been buying for a while had the design changed (they were revision cards that had the colour and line spacing changed), with the original no longer in stock, however that is understandable as products are continually updated.

Again Staff here are friendly and helpful. A calm atmosphere always seems to preside over this shop...no hustle and bustle...also you have a post office upstairs should you want to send parcels...letters...get travel money...

Whilst this WHSmith has a lot of choice (especially in magazines), it is run-down and feels a little bit unpleasant. There is also never enough staff for quick service, and the Post Office on the first floor has a particularly acute problem with queues.

Visited Post Office only. The always grumpy manager is gone - everyone is relieved and staff happier. My condolences to Eastleigh staff and customers (apparently that's where that grump is now).

Range isn't what it used to be, managed to get what I needed with little fuss, but has the majority of products you'd expect a WHS of this size to stock. The staff are helpful and stopped their tasks to help.

Easy access plenty of books and magazines. Only one person on service the rest were self service tills.you always see someone having a problem with these tills.

The store is organised, stationary and books are clearly arranged. Staff can sometimes be a bit rude but I have only noticed that at busy periods.

Just what you would expect a WHSmith to be. If you never been in one of them ... you have somewhat expensive mainstream books, all sort of magazines and stationary. Not a life changing experience but above average.
