Huge store with lots of parking. Wheelchair accessible but no toilet facilities. Lots of bargains for the home and garden although garden products rotate with other seasonal products (toys at Christmas etc) so the choice is larger at the applicable time of year. We'll priced large selection of items which has recently increased to include dried packed, tinned and frozen foods with a decent selection of branded food items. Late night opening in larger stores

Great shop,lots of choice at great prices. Free parking for 30mins but you need to print ticket out of machine, think it's free on a Sunday ( check first as not 100% on that). Overall recommend this shop, great customer service and checkout is good.

Good value shop. It's a bit of a long walk around the aisles if you have mobility issues but it's great for mobility walkers and wheelchair users.

Great bargains - always get some really good buys. Managed to get vegan ice cream for my son plus a few other vegan treats. My dogs had some new toys and my daughter enjoyed looking around the decorating section. Such a good variety of items instore.

Very helpful.at the farm part . Nice man how feeds the animals. Lady in farm shop was not so nice that was a 9.30 am so don't know what she would be like in the afternoon. Would have put me off but my grandchildren loved it . We all so used the cafe lovely cake and cup of tea . Would go back.

Great place to shop for bargains. Every week you will see different items on sale but you can always stock on your essentials here. I buy tinned food, cereal, biscuits, dog's toys, cleaning products. You can even get frozen food here. I love it.

This is a great B&M. I have never had any problems with it. The staff here are very nice and they treat everyone with respect. I did however overhear a conversation between two workers and one worker (female not sure of name) was digging into the Male worker in front of everyone. I personally believe they should pull them aside not do it in front of the public. It loses two stars just for that. Other than the bad female worker, it's a nice place with great staff and it's just like any other B&M

You can get almost anything here. Customer service is excellent.

Nice spacious store with grat selection of many different types of goods. The store has a simple but clean layout, and everything is tidy. The workers at the store are also pretty helpful and very keen. When I went there a little while ago, I found that they had a nice selection of the items I was looking for, which I had not found in other shops in the area. Generally a nice clean place, with nice people, and quick service.

Brilliant store for just about anything. Prices are very low and the staff are extremely helpful. Parking is right outside but chargeable ( Sundays free). Only problem is large queues at checkout, but that just shows how popular it is.

Some great bargains. They sell household basics, homeware and furniture. Open till 8pm during the week, which is really handy. You can usually get big brand items at good prices. A huge store, since it was extended, and a pay and display car park right outside.

Dark & dindgy store - not the most pleasant we've visited. Saying that, it was well stocked despite appearing to to be between seasons as there was small amount of garden sundries but large amounts of Christmas chocolate, biscuits, gifts etc. For goodness sake - it's August, not October!

This is one shop amongst many others locally, which are of the same genre, but this is the shop that has most choice as uts a BIG store. Items available here range from large furniture, decorating supplies, (including paint and wall paper) to small everday necessities along with chilled and frozen food. Most items are lower priced than other shops in the same locality. Worth a visit if you are passing by, as there is a lot to choose from whether youre topping up your food shop, or redecorating your house.

While I did some shopping at B & M Longton felt a bit ill, I suffer from colitis asked an assistant if I could leave my shopping while I went to the public conveniences and would be back to pay for my shopping. This lady was so helpful and suggested I could use their conveniences rather than walk the distance to public ones. All I can say is my faith has been restored in how this assistant did not hesitate to offer help beyond what she needed to do and I commend her for her actions and thank her and the good spirit of Christmas she offered me as I hate shopping when I feel like this so THANK YOU sorry I did not get her name but if all shop staff where as helpful as she was then shopping would be a pleasure so thanks again. And Merry Christmas to you all. X

B and M is selling nearly all the items under one roof that are sold at home bargain and Wilko. There are homebargains and Wilko next to it and they sort of share the same car park. It better to do your shopping at B and M first and then park your car next to home bargains to carry-on shopping in homebargain and Wilko. Parking is only free of Sundays
