Great shop. So many affordable items. Great selection. One of my favourite places. Bought 3 x large bags of multi use compost on Monday for £12, and 6 x plant pots at £2 each. Marvellous.

They sell pretty much everything. It's always my first port of call for non food items. Well organised shelves and wide Isles. None of those irritating baskets of 'special offers' clogging up the Isles. Great for peole with mobility issues - all the shops I've been to are ground level. Some of the top shelves are a bit too high for people of short height and there is hardly any staff inside the store to help reach things down. Although there is sometimes a tall customer that will help Perhaps a pull out step under the bottom shelf would be a good idea in the future one that auto retracts when you step off it?

Got two beautiful lamps for my bedside tables in the store, so much choice. I will be in again soon for some bargains for my newly decorated bathroom, maybe a nice cupboard to put on the wall to store my cleaning products. Very good value for money.

It's pretty much the same as every other b&m in the land, you go in wanting condiments and come out with a gazebo and a buzz lightyear toy. Store is clean and tidy, well laid out too. It was a bit crowded near the till area but they all are... Plenty of choice in here too, great variety of goods. A decent store overall which could be made better by sorting the till area so queues are clearly identified instead of a free for all.

Lovely and big B&M store close to city centre of Stoke-on-Trent. Very friendly and helpful employees and customer servicemen. I generally love B&M very much because they have handy and useful stuff at affordable price, and this store is nicely organised as well! ❤️💖💕

This store is not bad. Its kept very today and it had a wide variety of stock. The staff really do need some more customer service training as so far ive had 3 female staff talking amongst themselves very loudly about what they like to do with their partners at home in bed.. not really a place to be telling people about their saucy life in my opinion. It didn't bother that much, it made me laugh but I can imagine that it would upset parents with children.

they really need to put current price labels on products (SELs) always get to the tills and once check receipt I find goods are always more expensive than advertised on numerous occasions had to ring head office to complain or go to a colleague in the store to query prices

Always love a B&m trip, but this shop seems a bit cramped and lots of prices missing from the shelves. Staff seemed bored at the tills and shelf stacking and not very helpful. But fine if you just grab what you need

Just been going around different B&M stores after something I ran short of but looks like it was discontinued on the website. Must have miscounted how much i needed so only got 3/4 the job done. Upon approaching a lovely older pink haired lady (not sure of her name but she was on shift about 2pm) in the Hanley store she kindly helped me rummage on the shelves where she found me the last box of what i was after but i was still 2 cases short so she very kindly went to look in the back and even checked stock from other stores where she was able to direct me to the Trent Vale store that had them in stock. She had such an upbeat, positive and polite attitude considering the situation right now 💞 very refreshing to be greeted with her energy

Today there was a queue and only one till open where the assistant was helping the customers with a large purchase but it did hold up the rest of us. Just need more tills open at busier times. Other than that I got everything I went in for.

If you need curtains then this is definitely the place to come, they have loads of them. Also loads of home and ware items, loads and loads of toys and plenty of food items. This is a very large branch with a big car park. Well worth a visit.

Truly awesome experience. Actually I'm mocking a bit but Google is quite insistent that I review my local B&M. This store is good as you can park outside. Also, unlike some, the staff aren't too in your face but are helpful too!

Good prices, plenty of choice. My only problem, I ever have is when you go to pay, there is always only one till open and it takes a while to get served. Having a shop with a car park close to Tesco saves me carrying my heavy bags round the town.

Rude staff just no need for it! Products on sale shelves but not on sale.... They hot sale prices underneath but said they there due to having new products coming on them shelves soon, so thought they would put other stock there till the new ones come in... Selling the bits n bots for the kitchen or the bathroom, however like most B&M stores you have walk miles due to the layout making you do a massive tour, my advice pop threw the till area and then you do not have to be a hiking fan to find the things you need.
