What a great shopping experience. From the moment we walked into the shop until the carpet fitter left our house after fitting the carpet we were entirely satisfied with the service we received. David, the salesman, was brilliant and patient even when we changed our minds a couple of times and when the credit card didn't work. The estimator was quietly efficient and the fitter did a brilliant job and made sure that the carpet was installed to our satisfaction. Very happy. Oh and the price was good as well.

We were welcomed as we entered. There was no pushy sales and they let you look around at your leisure. Terry was available when we needed to ask a question and sorted us out with a carpet and no hassle. Friendly service, would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I visited the Hanley store yesterday and was greeted straight away. All my questions were answered, the whole team was friendly and quick to offer me any help. They showed me all the accessories I would need for my living room carpet and even let me try out a few underlays so I would know how it would feel. Absolutely amazing service, definitely recommend :)

Used these about 4 times in last several years.... Yes they are expensive and yes all the usual sales promotions are there to get you in to their store. I know I paid more than I could have got elsewhere but I have never had any issues with this company, the workmanship has always been good and service is always friendly. I'd prefer to pay more and get a good job than scrimp a little and well say no more. Any left over materiel has always been left with us so not sure what other people have said about taking it back? This store has been owned bt by the same people for years and so will always go back.

Helpful staff. EDIT: Returned to look at beds, asked about the other reviewer's bad bed experience. Turns he was using the mattress with a DIY bed frame made out of pieces of wood, rather than a purchased one meeting British Standards, so the mattress manufacturer couldn't maintain warranty on it. A self-induced problem.
