Firstly. Wonderful staff, comedic and very helpful, they will do their best to help give advice when your fishing! Second, The tackle is very good! They sell out the good stuff very quickly sometimes though. So they normally restock if you arrived on the wrong week. The bait is nice just ask for some reds (maggots) and they will give you live ones or just get frozen maggots from the freezer, you can get worms too from the fridge, the freezer also has lots and lots of deadbaits such as small mackerel, possibly herrings, small rudd! So i would recommend !

Came on the hottest day of the year. I'd walked a mile to get there, was hot, sweaty and generally in a bad mood. Opened the door and nobody greeted me- they allowed me to walk around un-bothered and barely spoke to me at the till. They allowed me to pay and leave- in and out within minutes.This is how shopping should be. 5 star. There was a beautiful mutual understanding of "Its hot as hell, just get sh** done and leave". The guys definitely looked like they could have and would have answerd a question or two if I had been able to formulate words into a sentence, but they just seemed to acknowledge that I was surely but slowly melting, so were kind enough to leave me be.
