Excellent service went in to consider flooring ideas for our lounge/diner had no idea what we were looking for wood or laminate? Liam was extremely helpful explained fully the different options available based on our room & specifications. He was really knowledgeable & showed us different options available, he even let us take some samples home to trial in order to help us make a decision. Nothing was too much trouble, he made it all so easy to decide & never gave us the hard sell. His laid back & friendly manner put us at ease straight away & he was happy to answer any questions we had, which helped us to make an informed decision. I would definitely recommend floorstore & would advise anyone to speak to Liam, he will certainly do his upmost to put u at ease & help u to make an informed choice. He is most certainly an asset to the store.

MY wife and I visited this store during a trip around all floor stores in the stoke area. We were welcomed by very knowledgeable and not pushy sales team Daniel and Liam. Very helpful in assessing our needs, explaining the options, pros and cons, and helping us to price up. We went with the Moduleo LVTs which were delivered on time and we are very very happy with. The price was as good if not better than any we could find online or in local area. In fact we had some shortage after fitting and the guys were able to find 2 more packs same day so our fitter could complete the job. Always with a friendly and helpful service. They were so good I also used them for a laminate flooring for our business's new office space. Again great service and help, on time delivery, helped out with overages we bought. I would definitely recommend and I will be using them again. Thanks Daniel and Liam for all of your help, great customer service!!

We were really happy with the advice from Grant about which flooring to use for our downstairs. He had the flooring delivered on time as promised, and answered all of our queries. The quality of the flooring is excellent and the fitting was done within a day along with clean tidy work all round. We found Grant to be happy to sort any problems or questions regarding flooring after the work was completed. I recently had a new wooden floor fitted by Floorstore with which I am delighted, and cannot recommend them highly enough. The choice is outstanding but what particularly stands out is the knowledge, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Grant patiently explained, without bias, the pros and cons of different types of flooring, no pressure to buy the most expensive just honest advice. When I was uncertain about my choice I went back and spoke to Daniel who again pointed out the pro's and cons of my new choice. Such a pleasure to have staff like this to guide you without pressure to buy. I have to mention the fitters, Keith and Luke, nothing was too much trouble for them and the finish is just perfect. two more great guys. We are so happy with our new carpet from the Floorstore! Grant has been so helpful throughout the process and advised which carpet would be best whilst still providing us with exactly what we wanted! The price we have paid beat three other local quotes and the installation men were efficient and after ordering on the Tuesday the carpet was fitted on the Sunday! Amazing job done by the team down at floorstore. First went to the shop next door and they had broken and open backs it wasn’t for me, when I came to floorstore there was a clean fresh environment and they helped me find the perfect floor for my open plan kitchen lounge. The herringbone click I chose was in no of the other shops I went to. The fitting was also done by them and came with a guarantee and the fitters where friendly and made no mess. Highly recommend you see these guys before buying from anywhere else in Stoke!

Just taken delivery of some luxury vinyl floor planks from the Floorstore in Hanley, Stoke in Trent. The staff at this store could not have been more helpful. Very generous with lending out samples to take home, offered plenty of helpful technical advice and always responsive to telephone messages etc Floorstore gave me a very competitive price for my order and oversaw delivery ensuring that every item was from the same batch number to ensure no colour discrepancies etc Highly recommend this store and will be shopping there again.
