I would highly recommend G & E Fires, Stoves & Bathrooms. I chose the company as I wanted to support our local businesses and I’m so pleased that I did. Nothing was too much trouble, Tracey spent time providing different options to meet my spec. Communication was professional, quick and extremely helpful with all my queries answered promptly. Fitting was brilliant. The guys showed attention to detail, kept the work environment clean and we’re very respectful around my home. An excellent service and I would highly recommend them.

Thank you to Tracey and Darren (GE) and Joe and Ian who all worked together as the perfect team to install our beautiful new fire and all before Christmas. The whole process, which ran like clockwork, was professionally managed by Darren and Tracey and the work carried out by Ian the plasterer and Jo who built the chimney breast and installed the fire and TV was first rate. G&E have just fitted a new central heating boiler plus modified pipework. Also completely gutted and fitted a new bathroom . Kelvin and Mat left it clean at the end of each day and we are very happy with all the work they have done. Tracey in the shop was very helpful and professional. Having visited every bathroom showroom in the area we eventually decided on using G&E to replace our bathroom. Without doubt Tracey is the most knowledgeable and helpful person we saw in all the showrooms we visited. They have a good range of fittings and tiles and we found we could source everything for the bathroom all under one roof. Everything is good quality stuff which you can tell will last. The fitters G&E use are superb, Kelvin and Matt are easily the best fitters in the area. Everything was fitted to perfection and they took the same care and attention to detail as if they were fitting their own bathroom. If you want a quality bathroom that will look great and last for years this is the place for you. I have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family.

Having had two other companies out to do a design for the bathroom and been less than impressed, I tried GE and was not disappointed. From initially dealing with Tracy to get the design done and arrange the installation, through to having the old bathroom taken out and the new one fitted, the whole process has been superb. The fitters, tiler and decorator were all polite, helpful and highly skilled, leaving no mess and going beyond what was required. I highly recommend GE and am more than happy with the finished bathroom.

Just wanted to share with everyone the fantastic help and service we have had from G&E. From the outset Tracey has project managed our recent alterations with absolute professionalism. All the trades people that she has advised us to use have been excellent, Tristan, the gas fitter, Rick the electrician, Chris the plasterer and last but not least Russ the tiler have worked together to make our lounge amazing. I've just purchased a onyx Avanti fire from G&E fires/stoves. The customer service I received was fantastic. Tracey & Darren we're very helpful & knowledgeable. The fire was available for me to collect within a couple of days as promised & was kept up to date with phone correspondence to let me know how my order was progressing. Would definitely recommend them.
