Sometimes the service is good depending who is on the till and sometimes it leaves a little bit to be desired especially the woman with short hair who lives just up the road from household discounts with a rover car she hasn't got much customer service skills only when it suits

I have been in this shop so many times since it first opened. The staff are so helpful and friendly! I usually get what I need from there ( plus lots of tempting other goodies) but if they dont have what I want they can order it in or offer a good alternative and they never try and push anything on you! Yes it is a small shop and it can be very busy but the range of goods in there is amazing, and cheap prices. I don't know what I would do without you lovely people. Thank you for your hard work all of you.

Sheila’s is a great shop with great prices, the staff are lovely apart from one that works on the till that doesn’t know how to use her manners and sometimes she doesn’t speak apart from how much she wants for the products that you have bought. Unfortunately she lets the shop down
