A really good shop. They have lots for dogs, cats and most other pets. My only complaint is that they don't really sell much for rats which is disappointing. They do have a good rodent section but it's mostly for hamsters.

Plenty of off road car parking spaces. I needed help buying a replacement dog harness and the assistant was very helpful, gave good advice and obviously knew her stuff. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I will be returning.

Excellent- won’t go anywhere else for my dogs food 💯 their own brand wetnoses is on par with some of the premium brands. Their fresh/dried & frozen raw selection is outstanding with plenty of choice.

The new location is very nice and a lot better than before. The prices are a bit steep, but you catch a bargain here and there. Friendly staff. Good selection.

New clean shop, they have many products for different items, but, they have a very small selection for cats. But they do have some soft beds, food, litter & litter trays. And bits and bobs. Why i gave 4 star because they have quite alot of random things for alot if animals, and the shop is quite clean. I went in for some housing box's for my cats, but only saw soft beds. But did buy a new scoop and litter tray.

We buy the raw food for our Westie and she has been brilliant on it she is four years old got Great teeth no bad breath and her stools are very firm we put her on to raw food cos she had pancreatitas and needed a low fat diet we tried others first but the raw food was the best for her penparc great for your pets 😀

A fantastic place to buy supplies for your pets. I love that they stock the old fashioned offal treats for my dog - there are so few places that stock them! Dogs are allowed in on a lead, so your best friend can help you to find something suitable for them.

Brilliant everything you could want for your little friends (and big ones), and the staff are very pleasant and friendly with nothing too much trouble for them it's even got its own car park, we will definitely going be going back.

Not very sure about the loyalty scheme they have as its impossible to find out exactly how many points you need to get a voucher or who to ask as thats a company scheme not the shops

Fantastic pet supplies with a different choice in some areas than the big name store. Always clean and tidy with helpful staff who know their stuff! Big car park with easy access to the store and a new members card scheme. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful array of pet toys my puppy is an avid chewer and loves the toys from here, great choices for food options and bed selection. They also have cat and small pet items in-store.

Great selection of pet supplies and normally a lovely dog by the tills, if you look carefully you can also find cats that enjoy a little stroke sitting on the shelves. (alas not today they were with someone else and it was the dogs day off)

I get my dogs raw food from here, reasonable prices and I trust the product. Occassionally the younger staff can be a bit dismissive when people ask questions, but the owner is usually very informative. The pets that free roam the shop are lovely and it gives a nice atmosphere somehow
