L.I've ordered from here quite a few times via the website. The site is easy to navigate with lots to choose from. Everything I've ordered has been of a high standard and my two dobermanns love everything I order particulary the furry rabbit ears. Delivery is fast and well packaged. Excellent service from beginning to end. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

The issue is communication, you get no response to emails, messages and Facebook reviews that are negative get either inappropriate responses or none. This is a shame as the products are fine. My advice.... don't necessarily avoid but use a payment method such as PayPal.
A.Lovely friendly staff. Lots of choice of pet accessories and good quality healthy food. The staff fitted a new harness for my dog and made a big fuss of her. We'll definitely be going again.
