All shop on elevated ground floor but steps and ramp upto entrance. Non automatic door so may be a little difficult for wheelchair users to get through easily. Very well stocked shelves and very neat clean and tidy. No self service tills. Prompt attention at the tills by the staff when not permanently manned. Staff friendly and customer service a priority. A few parking spaces right outside the shop. Hole in the wall cash point just across from the shop at Lloyd's bank which is handy. Pleasant shopping experience. They sell pretty much everything from bedding to medications. Always my first shop stop in Stoke

The staff are helpful, the store is clean, but recently not been as wide a range of products, ( my usual buys no longer there) but still got loads of choice, but what's with the pricing and the offer, they have doubled the price of things, in a ploy to get you spend £5, and then you get 50% off, which then takes it back to what the prices were pre offer....

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Can always find quirky little bargains and trends to have pretty much what you are looking for. My little boy even received a free teddy last time we went which made him so happy for the rest of the shopping trip..big thumbs up from a happy mum.

Great bargains and honest pricing. Found a water bottle for £1.50 and works great 4 months on. Staff are helpful most of the time but some can't be bovered to help at all. Hard to enter the store with a pushchair/wheelchair due to cars parking all over the storefront, please sort this issue out.

First visit to any Poundstretcher since the Fenton site closed. I miss that shop! I was able to get most of what I needed here today, only a few things that weren’t stocked. Shop is larger than it looks.

Recent revamp makes the store appear a bit bigger than before but confusing for old used to customers. Decent parking for about 20 cars including disabled and child parking which is a plus along with ramp access. But recent notice of ''only 2 children allowed'' is something not appropriate whatever the reason.

Poundstretcher is my go-to place for random household & garden stuff. I often find great bargains there - big brands at discount prices. My garden fence paint was less than half price, for example and I get 30 tablet pack antihistamines for just 79p. Pleasant staff, easy to get to... Try it. 😊

Poundstretcher is honestly one of the best student stops for your budget household items. There's is a range of house, kitchen, bathroom, garden, tools/car, toiletries/cleaning items and food and drink. They have recently had a move around and a refit and its looking good, staff are super friendly!
