Brilliant service, couldn't of asked for better service from this company. Me and my boyfriend brought two sofas from here in April and they said they would be delivered in about 10-12 weeks and they earlier than the expected date which was great. They gave us regular updates and also a four hour time slot the day before. The guys who put it together did it without any troubles. The only trouble we had was that there was 1 power pack missing for the triple power recliner. But I just went to the store explained the situation and it was sorted within 15 minutes and came out with a power pack. Overall, amazing service and sofas are really comfy and great quality. Would recommend to anyone wanting a new sofa.

Nice furniture but over priced it's better go look around first like dfs but some ppl don't like DFS look at ppls reviews on you tube face book and on there shop reviews see what ppl think or suggest good access for disabled ppl and best time go is when there having summer or winter sales when they need to shift more stock for the new designed furniture

Went on a Tuesday morning during school holidays. Absolutely empty so as you can imagine, staff were awesome. They could not do enough. They know an insane amount of stuff about sofas and want to make sure you are getting the correct sofa to meet your needs. Customer service is great. Our delivery drivers did not pas on our care kits but I phoned the shop and they were more than helpful and have told us they will arrive by Monday. Perhaps there needs to be a better way to make sure delivery staff know about this as the customer service rep even told us to remind the drivers to get our kits. I would hope it was obvious on delivery. But that was the only hic-up and at the moment we believe it will arrive. Oh and Own Wilson wasn't in the shop. Gutted. Haha

Just visited Sofology and met the lovely Jackie. She was really knowledgeable and helpful about a variety of sofas and introduced me to my drwam sofa. There was no pressure and I left to think about it with no hard sell at all. Upon returning Jackie had handed over to her colleague Gemma. Gemma was super friendly and we had a good chat about 'puppy friendly' sofas. She provided me with all of the maintenence, cleaning and care advice for the sofa so I was fully aware of keeping it in the best possible condition for the longevity of the product. Again no hard sell but in fact a seemless transition of customer service and they both wanted to not just tell me the sofa but ensure I received the sofa that was right for me and made sure I was happy with the sofa and the upkeep. I am extremely happy with my sofa and the service I received and would recommend Sofology to anyone wanting a good quality sofa and an honest service. Thank you Jackie and Gemma.

We brought our current sofa from here last year. Friendly but not pushy staff who when needed are there to help you with all questions and guide you through whole buying process but at the same time respecting your wants and needs. Sofa is still great and we are very happy with out purchase.

Visited and purchased a sofa, lots of other shops for comparison literally nextdoor. Not as cheep as DFS, but good quality, realy helpful and not pushy staff which makes a change. 8 months on, sofa still looking good and wearing well. Advice tho, don't buy the leather care kit, lots of empty plush box for not much product.... Excuse the unusual little sister in the picture..... Only one on my phone of the sofa in situ..... And yes I have to put up with that....

We sporadically visited this shop for eyyears and around 10 years ago we bought a sofa. The choice on our recent visit wasn't great, but that could just be down to personal taste on our behalf. The staff are helpful but not too in your face.

Excellent service no pushy sales people. Allowed to browse and we called Ian the sales person over to answer a few questions for us and made a purchase. Only went in for a look lol
