Good parking at stadium, why more Stoke fans don't use these parking facilities instead of parking around local streets to the annoyance of residents I can only speculate.

Shop is great, my complaint as with others is macron, not because of the design this time its great, but the quality of the material this year is shocking, I have home and away and my son as home shirt, even though the material looks the same as previous its very very thin and shocking quality, whoever passed these tops needs sacking, you will see if you get one or if you have not noticed and have one you soon will, you get pulls and cotton catching and marks just by sitting down, I have never had a stoke shirt of such poor quality, but I love the design, you have been warned.

What can I say ... First class staff ... Always a warm welcome ... The guy on the door always so friendly ... Always wishes you a great day and on match days if you are a home fan or an away fan always says enjoy the game .... If only all club shops had the same standard ....

Just been to pick up a online order and it was a pleasure to get served by such a lovely young lady so pleasant and professional a credit to SCFC store.

Sizing matters need to be addressed, need to buy some items at least 2 size's larger. I bought a shirt, I am European size large yet had to have a 2xl size, bought a t shirt, 7-8year old for a 6yr old, far too small, bought a walk out jacket jr medium (xxs) jacket fitted but but sleeves were about 15 inches too long

A wonderful store full of great stuff we really enjoyed our visit before the match. Staff were very happy to help even though the shop was full to bursting even staff at the till were very accommodating will recommend this store 100% to anybody
