I have had the most beautiful, made to measure curtains, pelmet and track fitted by this company - they had such a vast choice of material so choosing the right one was easy! But more than that - the customer service from this team (Stoke-on-Trent) was absolutely world class! I had a few problems with the curtains, but the team couldn't have been more polite, understanding and helpful! It's hard to find such fantastic customer service these days and these guys went above and beyond. I highly recommend them, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you.

I placed an order from Terrys online for vertical blinds. When they arrived I realised I had given the wrong measurements. I called into the shop and explained my mistake and they adjusted them for me on the same day free of charge. The staff were super friendly and I wouldn't hesitate buying more material from here. I have purchase from here before and I was really pleased with how I was looked after. Terrys offers a fantastic service and I would highly recommend them.

The favorite curtain store that is my wife's first choice. Bright and colourful shop with nice range of fabrics. Friendly, helpful staff who know their stuff and jump on as soon as a queue starts. GET THIS FOLKS. The items we bought were lower priced at store than on website ! At the moment it looks like a good time to buy material,and they always have end of roll bargains. Beautiful store,I want to drape my walls in some of their fabric it is so gorgeous 😍 I went in to purchase something I had seen online and living locally it made sense. I'm so glad I did! The lady was fantastic, she looked up my items, which weren't in stock in store and gave me the option of ordering in or a different colour, different colour picked she went and got everything for me! Fantastic lady also went through fitting items and general helpful suggestions 😀 I'll be back..

Moved into a new home and ordered from Terry's fabrics for every window and absolutely don't regret it. Everything that has been made by Terry's themselves is absolutely perfect and the quality is great. We had some issues with some blinds that are supplied elsewhere however the customer service provided by Terry's was great. Nathan is always a fantastic help whenever we go in.

I have used this company for various curtain orders and now made to measure blinds. I cannot fault them at all. Curtains were ready made so they arrived in good time. Made to measure blinds said dispatch within 25 working days. I got them in two weeks. They fit perfectly- part of that is on me to measure correctly but there are clear guides on the website. They fit, really easy installation and great quality. And great value as well. I will most definitely use Terrys Fabrics for future and always recommend to anyone who asks.

Really disappointed at the time it is taking for my fabric bought for a new business. On Sunday I tracked it to be in Worcester. I live in Bewdley, it is now Thursday and could have picked it up quicker. Fabric Direct sent an order last Friday via special delivery and I got it Saturday. I cancelled my fabric with them as it was not in stock until Monday hence my order with TF but I could have had theirs bt now!

Very impressed with the service, ordered and delivered next day, however, when I came to press the curtains one of them had 2 faults. Because I liked them didnt want to go to the trouble of repacking and returning and they were a bargain. E-mailed office and received acknowledgement quickly and reply with 2 options either return or accept a 25% refund which I did. Had the curtains been in perfect condition I would have given 5 stars.

UPDATED to 3 stars!! I got response eventually and all my money back!! I honestly do not know about the products, so the rating does not concern those. This rating is for customer service. I have been ignored for 4 days now and not able to contact anyone regarding my order. Only some automated chat thing.. I have sent countless messages to the customer support team and also tried calling. All my attempts have been pointless. In company's defence 2 out of 4 days were during the weekend, but regardless at least an acknowledgement of my attempts should have been made. At the moment I am at loss and don't know if my messages have been received or not; hence cancelling my order.

Lots of choice in fabrics and friendly staff who were happy to help. They offer curtain, cushions and blind making and other thing if needed. There is on site parking too, which is a big help. Will definitely come here again if I need any more fabric.

Went for ready made curtains. Colour chosen size not available. Staff checked when they were expected I didn't want to wait. I had seen another colour which I loved and luckily they had them in stock and that colour goes better with my wall colouring. I purchased wooden blinds a few months ago and everything was spot on. Staff always ready to help would definitely recommend this outlet.

Realised I had ordered the wrong size curtains, rang up and was refunded straight away. Member of staff sent me a link to the size guide and I chose the size recommended on their curtain calculator. They fit perfectly. Also, because the curtains and cushions I bought were inexpensive compared to other suppliers (Balmoral, Natural) I was worried they would look/feel cheap but they look great, lovely colours and material. Perfect for my living room. Delivery was quick. I will definitely shop here again and have recommended to family.

Always a good place for fabric choices and if you go during the sale, they usually have knock down prices that are hard to resist. Staff are usually very helpful and pleasant. They are happy to give small fabric samples if asked too.
