Fantastic service throughout! We have recently had new wood effect flooring fitted in our living room and the whole service has been effortless. Huw gave excellent customer service, came and measured up a few days later and the floor fitters did an excellent job laying the flooring. We are really happy with the results and will highly recommend to anyone who needs new carpets or wood flooring.

We went to United carpets on Saturday and the service that we received was absolutely brilliant, a very knowledgeable gentleman showed us carpets to suit our needs and nothing was too much trouble. We agreed on a carpet and fitting and we’re told that we would have a phone call on the Tuesday morning at 9 am and stuck to his word he telephoned me to say that the fitter would be there at 10.30 and sure enough he was there, a very polite young man fitted the carpet in less than a hour. We highly recommended United carpets 100 % thank you

I've used this store multiple times in the past and always found the service to be great . We were informed from the get go of possible delays due to covid issues (suppliers) , Dave who we dealt with phoned multiple times to inform us of developments and to let us know when we would be fitted , we are extremely happy with the finished product , and although it did take slightly longer than usual , I know that it is out of their hands . Their level of professionalism is second to none and I feel they did their absolute best during an unprecedented and highly challenging time. I would highly recommend

I called into the store on Victoria rd Fenton where I was greeted with a friendly welcome by the members of staff. I wanted a new carpet for my lounge and needed some help as to which ones were the best as I have a dog. A guy called Dave explained to me the best type of carpets for my lounge with his advice I chose one and it was fitted within the week .Great job and a good price . Thanks Dave and the fitter.
