Excellent service from start to finish! We are really happy with our dogs groom and have already booked her next one. The booking was easy. When paying the deposit the staff member was friendly, polite and understanding. Our dog looked amazing after and most importantly, was completely happy coming out 😊. Stocks most things available at the site, staff are super friendly and you can usually find what you're looking for. Parking is great, but if there's one thing, they do seem a little understaffed when there's a fair amount of customers moving about.

Good service from vet staff, quick, friendly and informative from receptionist and nurse to the vet himself. Convenient too given the ample free parking outside. The shop itself is well stocked with quality items for all pets, and caring attentive staff, but prices seem a little costly compared with the many budget shops in the vacinity, local supermarkets, and online stores.

My 12 year old cross has a lump at her tail end. The vet has shown nothing but kindness and concern. Hopefully we'll have her for a few more years 🐕

After registering our new puppy with the VIP Club I took her in to get a nearness. I found one I liked but it was too big. I saw a member of staff and asked if the harness came in a smaller size or if there were any smaller ones at all. She said no and the only smaller ones were for cats. She then caught the eye of another staff member and asked her to help me....this member of staff was supposed to be attending the tills but said she would show me anyway and fetched a cat harness which she patiently fitted to my puppy. I went off to have a further look around and found several harnesses for small dogs!! I went to the till and asked for my puppy book which a young man gave me. I didn't really feel that any member of staff were particularly enthusiastic about helping me but the girl who fitted the harness was at least polite. I have used the store a lot as I have 3 dogs and this visit has soured my experience. I may go elsewhere in future.

Good quality and variety of pet items with helpful staff. Decent veterinary practice at back of store. A little expensive at times but usually worthwhile. VIP card allows you a free copy of the Pets at Home magazine and they'll mail occasional vouchers including £10 checkups.

Staff are great. Very helpful and most importantly - knowledgeable. You don't feel you're getting the hard sell, but what you need. Worth paying a bit extra to keep them going as they have a good range, whilst the supermarkets and discount stores are extremely limited.

The single member of staff behind the till was more concerned helping the lady in front order a dog bed (which she already had in her hands) online to save £5. Clearly serving my partner and I, or the two couples behind us was not a priority. Only after waiting for a few minutes and promoting them did they buzz for another member of staff.

Very Welcoming to Healthy and unwell Animals! My Female dog 'Narla' was recently taken to this vets and had to be sent for an Emergency operation the next morning. The Veterinarians were good at describing what was wrong with her, How it was caused, What we could of done to Prevent it And our treatment choices. I would give this vet a 10/10

For friendliness and knowledge you cannot beat the staff here. Yes, the prices might be a bit more than you would pay online but the expertise is worth the money. Bonus...they genuinely care about the animals. The adoptable ones too.

Just this morning I had to hand over 2 beautiful baby rabbits .Who I'd rescued just 3 weeks before .heart breaking but I took them from a place who didn't care for them and found I was no better due to my job .so best I got them rehome .the 2 lady's who I saw were very thoughtfully saw I was upset and were very reassuring. Told me thay would only go to a proper good home .just a big thank you lady's even showed me where thay would be staying for just 3 days to cheek them ..i feel iv done the right thing even throw it was upsetting ..thank you

A well stocked store my only problem is it's sometimes really hard to find a member of staff to help with finding items i can't find and sometimes they seem vague about pet advice i always now go to the vets at the back of the store. Otherwise you can usually find everything you need for your pet.
