Love coming here with the kids, a massive selection of toys. All you could ever need for any kids Birthday. Great Selection of Lego, Karaoke Machines, Dolls Houses, Outdoor Toys, Bikes, Trikes, kids Electric Ride On's Trampolines, Swimming Pools, Stationery, Bikes, Skates, A good selection of Bike/Skate Helmets, Knee/Elbow Pads ect .. Baby Furniture & Prams & Buggies ect... There is a 'GAME' Store within this Toy Store also.... This Shop Reminds me of going to 'Toy's R Us' Shop when I was a child :-) Easy to get to, with a Good Sized Car Park with large spaces for each car. Also Wheel Chair Parking all along the front of the Store, with Wheel Chair Access , this shop is all on the Ground Floor.

Thank you for Fabulous Service Visited the Swansea branch recently to purchase a stroller and baby car seat. We were help by 2 members of staff, we didn’t manage to notice the first assistant name but he was extremely helpful getting the strollers from the shelf for us to compare, fold down, you name it he showed us, explained it and answered all our questions. We were also then assisted by Kelly who was again extremely helpful and again helping us make the final decision considering everything we needed. When it came to car seat she asked me all the right questions to get what we needed and then we narrowed it down to 2 which she promptly got into a trolley and tried them out on our car outside in the very warm weather (I had parked in the shade but still warm). There was only 1 seat that would fit in our car so thank goodness Kelly checked. So once purchased Kelly then fitted our new car seat, explained everything she was doing and made sure we knew how to operate it and ensuring that we would be fitted back correctly in future. She also said any problems in the future with our purchases just come back to the shop and they would help us. This just proves that when it comes to somethings you really need to visit a shop with staff that knows the products it sells and we definitely we more than happy with the help and service we received. First time parents looking for a pram/travel set. Absolutely amazing customer service from Leanne and the manager (unsure of his name sorry!) They were so amazing at explaining everything, the manager (possibly Lee?) gave us a full demonstration of the pram. We're so excited to pick it up and really grateful for all the help and support we had today. Thank you again both for your help 😊 Really didn't expect smyths to be a place to go for baby things but the advice was the most we've received so far since shopping for our baby. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Took my son to the Autism friendly session at Smyths today, it was an absolutely lovely experience, my son was so happy looking at all the sensory toys and loved how peaceful and calm the environment was. The NAS staff were so nice and gave us a lovely warm welcome. I really hope these sessions are a regular thing.

I cannot thank leanne enough in llansamlet store. Our little boy is autistic and she genuinely couldnt do enough. Came down to his level and treated him so well. They're very lucky to have her.

Excellent toy store..... Can get everything you want from young to old, boys to girls. From xbox's to dolls, car seats to bikes, puzzles to action figures. I don't think there's anything they don't sell. Some good deals to be had, but also worth doing a little research before hand as they aren't always the cheapest. Would recommend going without the kids as they will likely be trying to grab every toy in sight. Friendly staff and good service.

Have just bought the Joie spin baby car seat from this store. Just wanted to say how impressed we were with the help we received from Sam. She was very informative and even though we were late getting to the store, she still gave us excellent service and advice, fitting the seat in my daughter's car even though the store was by now closed.
