S. S.Been there a few times with my son and can only speak positively of the staff and management there - they've been informative and helpful when looking for toys. I think some people only go once a year when it's busy. Obviously it's not going to be as good then!
P. W.Place is still going through a refurbishment but I would think 90% done. I much prefer this new layout to the previous. It has a small lego table which me and the daughter played at. I love coming here as it reminds me of fun times as a child.

I find the click and collect service a big bonus as I've often ordered a product online a few days before I'm able to pick it up in store to make sure it doesn't run out of stock before I get there.
S. K.A lot of choice and competitive prices. Store is very neat and freshly refurbished. Staff is very nice and always on hand to provide useful advice. Plenty of deals throughout the year. Highly recommended for brithday or Christmas shopping!
D. W.As with all stores, it has a good selection of toys. Not always the cheapest but combination f toys and baby things make it a good destination. Free parking, but no parent and child spaces.

M. A.Brilliant customer service bought my daughter a toy car for christmas and set it up christmas eve after having a few beers ! Needles to say i did it wrong and messed up the wheels.totally my fault, took it back they replaced one wheel and made sure the others were done correctly even tho only one broke they checked them all just incase.working great now and were delighted with them
