I cannot state how impressed I was with Avana from start to finish. The initial call was handled well and an engineer was arranged to give us a price. The appointment was set for 10am on a day and the engineer arrived to the minute. This in itself was unusually high service in my view. The products used and the fitters were exceptional and the end result is to an incredibly high standard. My wife and I are so happy. I would 100% recommend using Avana for all your flooring needs including screed. I won’t use anyone else from this point on. 5 star service, products and people. Thank you again

I first met Steve a few months ago when he came to see my property to give us a quote. He filled us with confidence and gave us loads of advice. Today they fitted the carpet and it looks amazing! Called Steve Saturday morning and by Saturday 5pm he was over at our new house and had measured up and we’d chosen carpets for the whole of our house. Great service from start to finish. Steve was able to come to our house in a couple of days, provide some great advice on what carpet would suit our needs, and we’re fitted within a week. We had shopped around and the price was competitive and the service great.

Just had luxury vinyl flooring and carpets fitted. I have to say the whole process was very smooth. Quick responses to enquiries and Steve was great with helping to choose designs and materials. Professional service and finish from both the Carpet fitters and LVT fitters and this was all followed up to check I was happy with the finished products. Cannot fault the service, highly recommended.

Tina and the team at Avana are excellent. Having been let down by my house developer, Tina jumped in to save the day.
