Lisa has supported me with jewellery several times over the last few years. Recently a close family member suddenly lost their puppy which was devastating and we had no paw prints. Lisa advised us to look through any images as she could work from that. Luckily we had one, as a result I was able to order a charm and a keyring, along with a Christmas bauble, to act as a concrete memory of our lovely little doggie. It was really easy to take and send the paw print - either using the kit you are sent , or by uploading a paw print you already have. The charm is perfect - just the right size and a lovely solid silver. They give great advice on the right sort of fitting and my order came really quickly. For the latest arrival to the family a personalised bauble was purchased from a well-known London Knightsbridge store. It wasn't nearly as 'nice' as the baubles I've purchased from Lisa. Not only are the baubles from Lisa, I think, a nice quality they can also be personalised exactly as you wish. Furthermore, Lisa is responsive and most helpful. A 5 star service always.
