I visited with my mum a couple of times as she was interested in buying an e-bike. I talked to Mark, his colleague and the mechanic and they were all very friendly and helpful. Mark was knowledgable about the e-bike, answering all our questions patiently and fully. In contrast to another review, I did not find his manner pushy or off putting--it was more frank and matter of fact, although I can see how this may come across as pushy to some. Mark accompanied us on our test ride down the road, lending helmets too.Would highly recommend to anyway interested in trying out the life changers that are e-bikes.
